    This past spring I've had to spend around $5,000 here for the landscape of my farm and a few other…read moreprojects. That's alot of plants! Typically I've been pleasantly pleased with the customer service. Now, I've been told you cannot return (which I understand), but if need be you can exchange. Anyways, I purchased 6 PEARL GLAM shrubs. Took them home watered them, and then we had rain the next 3 days. Out of the 6 there was ONE that was "crunchy". I said to myself "surely they will exchange this". Now their receipts only show pricing, not what you bought, nor does it have the return/exchange policy. But I'm not even going to use that as leverage. I walk in with my shrub, and politely ask if I can exchange this? My others are in perfect condition. The young woman asked another associate, her name Brooke. Brooke looks at it, and starts by saying they don't do exchanges, but she will this one time. NO. Not done yet, she continues to ask me questions, I answer and follow up with questions back about what could've happened. Her response " I don't know I'm not there". Ok so I said so you're making me feel like I'm being interrogated, yet I'm asking you how I could've prevented this and there's a HUGE standoffish attitude. She's like I can't resell this, that's why I'm asking questions. I'm like FULLY aware, but I'm saying to her I did the same thing to all the plants and the other 5 are perfect, so maybe it was in the down and out before I took it home? Anyways, she points to them and walks off. RUDE. Really considering taking my business elsewhere if a continuous customer is getting treated this way. I understand policy, I'm a business owner, but to play gatekeeper and provide poor customer service while interrogating me in front of staff as if this what I want to be doing (driving 35 min out my way). Just really disappointed. On the bright side, GREAT selection! I've had great results on all my properties.
