Ive been going to Oakland Smile Station since I was a kid, and I am still there now at 30. As many people would say, the dentist is already an anxiety ridden trip, but Dr Bacca makes the visit easy. I saw him and his assistant Amber who did some dental work for me and they were both wonderful. They are both friendly, sweet and had me in and out of the office quickly so I could get back to work. They are great at what they do. I would highly recommend going here for a great dental experience. read more

The doctor is very capable and pleasant with your child, but 99% of the staff are rude, aggressive and not well trained. The poor staff leads to more mistakes and issues in treatment. Terrible to think that we have given this business $10k and my family is treated so poorly. Please address the staff and their level of professionalism! read more

Dr. Weeman and his staff are absolutely amazing. He treated my daughter, Bella, for the last 3 years with her braces and has always been so great with his talents and his bedside manner. He is by far the most professional, kind hearted individual I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Just had my 1st visit at the Smile station, I havent even seen the dentist yet and had the best experience! My hygenist was amazing and spent over 2 hours cleaning my teeth! Definetly will be using them for all my dental needs! read more

My daughter just had her braces removed today and her smile is perfect! Dr Weeman is caring, knowledgeable and extremely kind- he always made her feel comfortable and she looked forward to seeing him as she progressed. As a parent, he took time to explain all the steps in her orthodontic plan to me, and was always happy to spend time with us as needed. My son needs to begin orthodontic treatment soon and we are looking forward to having Dr Weeman provide his expertise for him as well. read more

I started taking my kids to Oakland Smile Station awhile back, and they don't mind going to the Dentist. In fact my daughter looks forward to it. They have a big play area and a prize at the end. The Doctors are good with my kids and the Hygienist are all nice. They make you feel welcomed. My Husband's Dental insurance changed and I am happy they can still go to the Smile Station. My girls have been seeing Dr. Allen and staff for over 4 years now. They LOVE coming to the dentist and having their teeth cleaned by one of the awesome hygienist. Dr. Allen also uses a laser for cavities which makes the experience so much better for the kids! I highly recommend Oakland Smile Station! read more

Both of my children see Dr. Allen, who is an amazing Dentist. He has a way to make my kids feel at ease and has created a fun atmosphere whenever we go. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it. They know that they will eventually get to spin the wheel to win a prize! I did not know that they also treated adults, so I went ahead and scheduled a visit with Dr. Cheryl. I have a perpetual fear of the dentist because of very bad experiences with the one I had previously. I was hesitant and almost cancelled my visit. D.r Cheryl took the time to listen to me and was very compassionate and understanding of my fear. She took care of all my needs with just a few visits and no fear on my end. She is truly an amazing dentist and I highly recommend her to everyone I can! My husband started seeing her too, and he thinks she is awesome! I have recommended her to all of co-workers, friends and family. I also have to add that the staff is always courteous, friendly and extremely accommodating. We love Dr Allen and the team at Oakland Smile Station! Everyone is so gentle and kind there and they go out of their way to make sure that kids are comfortable and overcome their fears and reluctance at getting anything from a simple check up to extensive dental work. Compassion really comes first here, and we've always felt very well supported. My daughter needed extensive dental work and we found Dr Allen by word of mouth recommendations - they offer a free consult and just in seeing how he was with Leela, I knew that this was the best place for her. She needed to be sedated to have 3 crowns and several cavities dealt with and the team put us at ease and made sure that we knew exactly what was going to happen so we could prepare her. They did excellent and very thorough work, and we were so happy to have chosen them! Today we had her 6 month follow up and Pat, the dental hygienist, took so much time to bond with Leela so that she could overcome her own fears at her own pace, and never hurried her at all. She also modeled everything that she was about to do on Leela's fingers with lots of play and songs and really made Leela feel so comfortable that she didn't resist a full cleaning, flossing and polishing. And Dr Allen is amazing and connects so sweetly with her and made sure that neither of us had any concerns. Every dentist there came by to say hello and our favorite patient coordinator Angela invited us into her office for a long catch-up session. They treated Leela like a rockstar and she was over the moon happy going there, and I couldn't be happier! And she has no cavities or other issues at today's check up! I do think that finding the right dentist is so incredibly important and I am so grateful that we've found the team at Oakland Smile Station! read more

i will never go back there. dr allen completely missed the fact that my 6 year old's sealant fell off her tooth and she developed a very large hole that two other dentists said should not have been missed. they wouldn't fit us in for an emergency appointment. don't go there unless you want your teeth to rot. read more
