A young lady by the name of Sofia was incredibly helpful to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for. It was like having a personal shopper with me, knowing exactly where things were in that giant selection of beautiful clothes. I purchased much more than I expected to and will return soon for another 'spree'. Sofia was so courteous and helpful and I hope I have the pleasure of working with her again when I return. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself.
