I'm a bit torn writing this review. On one hand, I'd give them zero stars for my interaction with them, but 4 stars for the end result. Here's why. My husband needed to look schnazzy for a holiday party at work, so we opted to pick something up here. Unfortunately the party was a few days away, so we were limited to what they had in-house since alterations wouldn't be ready in time. That was no biggie since they had a decent selection. Upon entering the store, it took a minute for someone to greet us. Almost to a point where we considered leaving, but Charlie popped up and said hello so we stayed. The weird thing is he only introduced himself (handshake and all) to my husband and kept his interactions restricted to only him. Yeah, I get that we're shopping for him but I'm the one paying for all this soooo maybe acknowledge in a tiny capacity that I'm in the same air space as you? I had to insert myself into conversations a few too many times but I opted to grin and bear it since we were in a bind to find a nice outfit. Don't get me wrong, Charlie was quite helpful but 1/3 of the way through, another gentleman arrived and Charlie dropped everything to assist him. Abandoned like a kid waiting for papa to come back with milk and cigarettes, we were left to pick out the remaining pieces. Eventually Charlie helped us pick out finishing touches... that is, until another family showed up, then we lost him again. I assume these guys work off commission so I can understand the hustle, but damn bro. Focus. We ended up dropping $500 on a nice ensemble, but the service certainly didn't make the value worthwhile. We've had better interactions with that blanket-carrying dude who wanders Pearl Street than what we experienced here. You guys can do better. read more

Editing my review from 5 stars to 1. We are so severely disappointed with the experience we had at this location. Demi is still great but the mismanagement of expectations is a HUGE issue here. We ordered a suit two weeks in advance of our wedding and we were told that the alterations needed would have plenty of time to complete and though my fiance is a muscular man, it wouldn't be an issue. The suit was $325 and they explicitly told us the alterations would be covered and that the larger size we needed to go with wouldn't be an issue. The tailor was out for a bit due to illness but we were still explicitly told we wouldn't have any issues. Once we came back to try on the suit everyone was shocked with how large it fit and we were directed to contact some random external tailor to hopefully get everything done by the wedding time and they told us we needed to pay anywhere from $150-$250 for something that was supposed to be INCLUDED in the price. I honestly wouldn't recommended this location unless you have MONTHS of planning or prep to ensure your suit fits as expected. And even then beware. read more

An all around fantastic experience! I need multiple suits including a custom for my wedding, and the manager Alex made the entire experience so much more engaging and smooth that I ever expected. Even though I knew nothing going into this process, Alex was always ready to lend his expertise and time to ensure that I got the perfect suit that included everything that I wanted, and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. The service I received at this store was hands down the best service a customer could ever expect to receive! These people are amazing! There was a mix up with the other location in Westminster, fitting me into the wrong attire as the best man in my brothers wedding (NOT THIS LOCATIONS FAULT) leaving me scrambling less than an hour before his wedding and spending more money to go get a shirt that didn't even fit for his special night... not what you want to deal with on someone's most important day. The Westminster location practically refused to help me after i just purchased a $300+ suit from them. (check their location for that review) Long story short... if you expect professionalism, value, and to feel like your business is appreciated you need to visit this location and this location alone... Not only did Demitri help me resolving my issue, she truly went above and beyond! Discounting a shirt that i wanted, completely coming the other and having it custom tailored and sent to my house... she didn't have to do as much as she did... but by her taking a hit on inventory to appease her customer, is what allows for my business to return. If it wasn't for this location, mens wearhouse would have no more of my business. He tracked the shipping with daily status to me, and upon its arrival, arranged the immediate in-house alterations to meet my event deadline. We had an amazing experience with Demi at the Men's Wearhouse in Broomfield, CO on 7/29 and wanted to submit an official thank you to her and her store. We live in Somerville, AL and are in Colorado for our wedding. We did the tux rental in the Huntsville, AL and needed it for two dates, a photo shoot on 7/30 and then our wedding on 8/10. Due to the length of time between the dates, we were told in Huntsville we needed to do two rentals. We arrived at the Broomfield, CO store around 1:30pm to retrieve the tux and found ourselves empty handed. After checking the receipts, we realized the reservation made in Alabama was incorrectly entered for September, not July. Demi was amazingly professional and rolled with the punches. She offered to not only to overnight the rental tux so we could pick it up first thing in the morning and have it for our shoot, but she also aided us in selecting a backup tux for my husband in case something went array with the shipping. My husband is 6' and broad shouldered/big chested so finding a suitable replacement was not an easy task, especially as we had no time to tailor and basically had to buy off the rack. Demi did such an amazing job putting my husband together from the tux to the pocket square that we decided to just cancel the rental order and purchase directly from her store. Demi went a step further and got us in contact with an emergency tailor. The store's tailor was not in that day and the sleeves were a smidge long (and by smidge I mean I noticed nothing wrong with the suit, he looked amazing). I teared up twice that day, The first time in sheer panic as I felt like we were absolutely screwed, and the second time when Demi worked her magic and I got to see my husband for the first time in the tux he would wear when he marries me. Let me start this by pointing out there were no signs anywhere saying masks were required. I went to this location to pick up a tux for a friends wedding. I walked in and saw another gentlemen at the checkout desk with no mask on. Suing that in combination with no signage made me think it was okay to not wear one. When I asked an employee named Michael if I could pick up the tux I ordered he did not greet me. He simply asked if I had a mask and I said no. He then handed me one and said "I need you to put this on". No please or explanation and his overall demeanor was negative. I didn't argue or anything and just put it on. I think he could tell I was annoyed but like I said, I didn't say a word, simply put on the mask. He grabbed the tux and told me to follow him. He put the tux in a changing room and walked away. Didn't unzip the bag, didn't tell me to try it on, didn't say a word. Just walked away. I'm not a tux regular so I was unsure what he wanted me to do at this point. I went to find him and asked him if I was supposed to try the tux on. He looked at me like I was dumb and said "yes try it on". I told him that he could have just told me that in the first place instead of just walking away. At this point I was frustrated and felt unwelcome so I tried the tux on quickly. It seemed to fit fine enough so I bagged it myself and checked out. Another employee checked me out and he was pleasant. I'm happy to abide by any regulations business may have but it was not posted and other customers were in the store without a face covering so I felt targeted. My experience was very negative and I will not be shopping at or supporting mens warehouse in the future. read more

They say Retail Is Dead. I say they are not trying. Men's Wearhouse was where the average guy learned to up his game. Not anymore. After a day of consignment shopping, I was not sure if I was at a second hand store or new retail. The clothes on display were wrinkled, and so was the sales staff. One person dressed for the part, and had a stylish suit with handkerchief, and awesome shoes. Our staff member, although helpful had an ill fitting jacket with jeans. As I waited for my husband to try on the pants, this employee proceeded to talk to another staff member about the incompetence's of the previous customer. We are suppose to take advice from these employees? The rest of the staff had worn shirts, unkempt hair. Not the experience I had a these stores in the past. As I was leaving I noticed in the corner, a stack of toppling shirt boxes, they had so much dust you could see the edge of the dust on each box as it was slightly askew. Retail is not dead yet, but it is quickly killing itself off and it doesn't care. read more

I was use to visiting the MWH in Santa Barbara, CA, this was my first time here. I am a Banker and came here prepared to spend a significant amount, was looking for 3 custom made suits and additional pants for my other suits, along with cufflinks, dress shirts, tie bars, shoes and suit coats/overalls. Took me a while to be helped, was not treated with much care and the 3 different employees, while nice, were just not experienced or very good at their job. Aaron is a rockstar, he helped me regain faith in the company and treated me with a level of service and care that is absolutely unmatched by anyone I ever worked with. If you ever need a suit done, do yourself a favor and ask for Aaron, he is the absolute best and I will follow him to other stores if he leaves. read more

Don't come here for wedding gear! My husband and I came about 6 months before our wedding to reserve his and his party's suits. We also rented the page boys suit and my man of honors suit. Their selection wasn't great, only 3 suit options with fewer options for cummerbunds, suspenders, pocket squares, cuff links, etc. the options for colors and patterns for ties and bow ties wasn't good with only 1 or 2 shades/patterns in each color. We booked things non the less since there aren't many other options with that many stores and paid for the deposits on all the suits. They assured us we could pay for all the suit rentals after the men got measured. We couldn't. They wouldn't take a card over the phone and, the day before the wedding, told us we had to be with each guy as they rented their suits. NOT okay since the whole point of going with them was so the guys could pickup their suits independently. We ended up having to drive around to meet with guys and ended up having to give one guy cash after the wedding. Not easy like it should have been. I would never go with them again. I also ended up buying separate bow ties, cuff links and socks from the Tie Bar (now that place I'd give 5 stars), for the whole party since I wanted decent ones which Men's Warehouse couldn't provide. read more

Do not waste your time here especially if you are planning on spending money. My fiancé and I brought my parents here (mind you we made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time) to purchase a suit for our wedding. Not only did we stand around while everyone else who walked off the street to be helped. My fiancé was ignored and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I'm sad that his special experience was stolen by 5 employees that felt they didn't need to provide any customer service. My boyfriend had just bought a bunch of new suits from the Men's Warehouse in our hometown. However, while here for work training, we struggled to match up his many pants, shirts, suit jackets, and ties. We decided to head to this location to have someone help us to pair up some outfits and Fatih and Greer were there to greet us and help. Greer was very helpful and paired up some great options for us but as another customer came in he went to help them understandably. Fatih went above and beyond for us, he laid out numerous outfits for us and gave us some great fashion advice. He also helped us to pick out some additional and more simplistic ties that really helped some outfits come together. No one greeted us, or even spoke one word to us. We found what we wanted and walked up to a woman sitting behind a computer. Asked where to check out. She mumbled she could, but seemed very irritated we bothered her. As she was ringing us up she asked for our address, and I asked why? She said for a rewards program....(Uhm,no thank you, won't ever be shopping here again!) She said "there ya go", no "Thank you"offered. I have used different Men's Wearhouse locations before, but this has been the worst 3 experiences I've had at the business. The employees here are very rude, and I had the feel that they just wanted me in and out as fast as possible with 0 regard of my satisfaction. I asked a few questions and got no useful information, but more of a "here is what we have in stock, take it or leave it" type of attitude. My fiance felt as if the employees viewed her question as stupid when she asked a couple questions. For the most part the employees spent their time conversing with each other (surprisingly this happened on all 3 visits). Professionalism is extremely low, I suggest going to a different location, or even better a different business. read more

First we had a guy by the name of Zach maybe in his 20s and he gave us all the information we needed and was nothing but friendly. If you are looking for a fantastic shopping experience, with an amazing wardrobe consultant, come see George. He is extremely experienced, not pushy in any way and very genuine. We will make it a point to shop at this location in the future and with George specifically.
