However, my fiancé did say that it was a seamless process! The owner's wife even purchased a huge bouquet of roses and hid them in the sleigh and everything! The owners children even tagged along to make sure we got plenty of cell phone pictures and videos, which was greatly appreciated! Their land is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful under the moonlit sky with pen that of stars to see under the mountains! We followed the creek and ended at a cute nativity scene area where the horses could rest and we could warm our hands by the fire. Everyone was involved in the proposal and I didn't even realize it was happening but all of a sudden I had roses in my hand and my boyfriend on his knee! It was such a special moment and we had a blast talking with the family during the ride over to the creek! If you are looking for a PRIVATE family sleigh ride or a great place to propose or just enjoy the winter in utah, you have to give them a call and get your rides setup! i can't recommend them enough!!

But to charge trusting patrons for quality theater at an iconic theatre and then force them to watch a juvenile production of Elf was not fun to experience. The singing was bad. Only 2 actresses were standout. It was a tough watch. Many people in front of us left after intermission. A tough watch. A tough price. It has shaken my trust of local theatre and I'd be extremely weary of another Egyptian Theatre production before visiting again.

I purchased my ticket directly at the box office which I loved, but personally was bummed when it was still an electronic ticket that I had to deal with. Personally, I love paper tickets. The theatre is small, much smaller than I anticipated so really any seat was great. The acoustics were great and overall everyone there was just there to have a good time. Being tall, I made sure to sit on the end of the row. But I will say, I thought the seating to be more comfortable than I anticipated. I didn't drink, but got a soda which was $3. I didn't think that was awful given I was in a theatre AND I was in Park City. The only downside was the pre-show which began with them asking for money. I assume this is because most folks are locals and they are a non-profit. All wonderful things, but it felt super salesly and honestly, I didn't come for a sales pitch I just wanted to hear some great live music, which fortunately I did.

This is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday evening in the mountains, and it's absolutely free!…read moreWe drove up to PC to listen to Marc Broussard perform his soulful blend of Southern Rock and rhythm and blues. This white man does Motown proud! He's a "Filet of Soul," baby! All these Saturday concerts are free, with beer on sale to enjoy at the concert. Or, if you want liquor or wine, take five minutes out and sidle up to the bar at The Farm and order what you want. Drink fast, and find your chair on the lawn in front of the stage. There's great sight lines and good acoustics. However, besides the great performers, what makes this concert series fabulous is the crowd. Fun, attractive, outgoing, and friendly as hell, the Park City audience makes SLC seem like a different country. This is not an uptight crowd. People were dancing, imbibing, laughing out loud, and actually dragging strangers out to dance. The exuberance was palatable. I have never seen a crowd of people in SLC as openly free spirited as the folks in Park City. What a cool breeze of mountain air. I have been told on countless occasions that I would be happier living in Park City rather than in Salt Lake City. Now, I must agree. It's going to cost a fortune, and the commute in winter will be treacherous. Life is short however. It's PC or back to the East Coast. Boys just want to have fun!

We spent most of the time in the van and when we did stop at the locations, we weren't able to go inside to tour any of them or even use a bathroom at them, we just stood in the driveways to learn about them. I admire her passion for teaching, but we cannot for the life of us figure out how our $3000 was spent. The wine was limited to an ounce every time, and whenever we asked for a second "glass" the lady pouring would say "well we want to make sure everyone gets some!" - the "snacks" were two tiny pieces of cheese inside of a ziplock baggie and there is no place to use any restroom throughout the course of the entire tour... mainly because the tour takes place only in a van and standing in driveways. For $3000, a nice suggestion would've been a charcuterie spread INSIDE of one of the locations with some tastings and every person at that price should at the very least have been able to go home with a bottle of wine from the tour. I give her credit for starting up a creative business in an extremely competitive tourist city, but I can't in good faith allow anyone else to pay so much money to go into this expecting a luxury experience, and end up getting yelled at by a bus driver and having to sneak around an old hospital just to pee. I really liked her as a person and hope she can take this advice and use it to work on creating a better experience for all.
