I've lived here with my children for 8 years so I've watched management switch and I just moved into a different apartment in the same complex and the experience with Crystal and Samantha was wonderful. I've lived here for 10 years. I've watched management, maintenance, and upkeep of the property deteriorate while the rent keeps going up. For two years I tolerated dogs whining, barking and crying in the apartment beneath me and management did nothing. 5 months ago new tenants moved into the apartment beneath me and are violating the community regulations by smoking in their apartment along with spraying toxic chemicals to get rid of the odor. I've been miserable and become sick and again management has not been able to remedy the problem. It's completely dysfunctional and underperforms on every level. I'm sure when I leave they will tear this apartment apart and remodel. It will be a lovely apartment but don't be fooled. If you move into apartment 98 be warned that you will have to deal with smokers in the apartment beneath you. There is a lack of continuity as management in the front office has a constant turnover and maintenance is bare minimum. read more

Plus: convenient location, prompt repairs, nicely maintained. Negative: upon moving out they took our entire deposit, plus we had to pay extra cleaning costs for what they claimed we left "dirty". We're still shocked by their lies on the move out inspection report. Advice: Beware. Management is going to take as much money from you as they can as you leave. If you do move there I advise you protect yourself as much as you can by taking photos and extreme care in completing the inspection report. When moving out, ask for a prelim inspection and attend the move out inspection. Be prepared to go to small claims court if you want to get your deposit back. Management doesn't seem to understand the concept of "reasonable wear and tear". read more

While the complex looks nice from the outside, be aware that the interior hasn't been updated probably since the buildings were built. For the price, I expected things to be in better shape. The doors are made from the cheapest material so the bottoms are actually fraying and chipped. The vanities in the bathrooms are also made from terrible materials and are peeling all around the edges and the drawers and cabinet doors do not line up properly. The microwave is cracked and still hasn't been replaced when the complaint was sent 2 months ago. The floors in the kitchen are linoleum and have dents and scratches from previous years. The closet doors are not properly installed into the floor and do not close flush with the wall. There must be layers and layers of paint on these "lovely" textured walls and the paint randomly flecks off and pieces fall from the ceiling. Be prepared to hear every single thing your neighbor does too. We might as well be living together. Every footstep and conversation is heard. Down to the point where you can figure out what TV show they're watching. The staff do not care about your complaints or your need to get anything fixed. Don't look at the sauna as a plus because it has no plans to be fixed, as well as the office area in the clubhouse. The "workout room" has 3 machines and some random dumbbells with some actually missing. I have lived in apartments for the last 13 years, in 2 states, and never had such a horrible experience like this. I'm currently figuring out how to break my lease so that they do not get the pleasure of having my money for a full year. Trust me, look elsewhere. read more
