My daughter suffered a significant injury while under this daycare's care, including a large lump on her chin. What makes this even more troubling is that I was not properly informed about the injury when it happened. I only learned the extent of it later. After reviewing the available video footage and everything that followed, I remain convinced that the response did not match the seriousness of the situation. From my perspective, the footage showed my daughter being pushed and ending up injured. Regardless of the daycare's conclusions, a child was hurt while entrusted to their care. The business's response acknowledges that proper incident reporting procedures were not followed. That alone should concern any parent. When a child is injured, families deserve immediate communication, complete transparency, and meaningful accountability. A three-day suspension and additional training did not feel like an adequate response to an incident that resulted in a visible injury and emotional distress for my child. I removed her from the daycare immediately because I no longer felt confident in her safety there. This review is not about something that happened years ago. It is about how the situation was handled, the lack of accountability I experienced as a parent, and the lasting impact it had on my child. Parents place enormous trust in childcare providers. Once that trust is broken, it is not easily restored. I stand by my decision to leave and would not recommend this daycare.

My daughter was attending pre-school before we moved so it was not a new thing for her entirely but she was still very shy with all the new faces and places when she began attending Kiddie Academy. The Kiddie academy staff was very patient with my daughter when she had her tough moments, and her teachers always took the time to make sure she felt comfortable and loved. My daughter's primary teacher was Miss Coy. She is an excellent teacher! She is very kind, patient and energetic. She also had class pets and allowed my daughter to do show & tell with her pet tortoise to share with all her classmates. My daughter raved about her favorite teachers Miss Coy, Miss Courtney, and Miss Meagan on a regular basis and was always happy to see them upon returning to school. Kiddie Academy offers a way for parents to watch video of their kids during class which was really awesome because it helped me feel better to know what she was doing throughout the day and how she was feeling. This facility also does events throughout the year not just for the students but also for the community which was a great way for me to meet other parents for play dates. I would like to thank all Kiddie Academy staff for their outstanding care and safety measures provided to my daughter. Her heart and mind have significantly grown while attending this facility.

I am extremely concerned about an incident that occurred involving my grandson at this school. He…read morewas placed in a corner by a teacher for approximately three minutes, and when he came out, he was bleeding. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about student safety and supervision. What is even more troubling is the school's lack of response. No meaningful action was taken, and the teacher involved remains in their position without accountability. As a family, we expected a thorough investigation, transparency, and reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening again. The safety and well-being of children should always be the top priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, that does not appear to be the case here. I strongly urge the school to take incidents like this seriously and implement proper measures to protect students. I spoke with Stacey and she clearly didn't care and the owners were supposed to call me and I'm still waiting. The worst part is that his mother worked there and they didn't report it to her as well, she found out when she picked him up and he had large knots on his head and was bleeding .. Needless to say she was fired because she was a concerned mother... Please don't bring your kids to a place where kids are not put first. Stacy and Cermany need to be fired

The infant teachers were the only positive part of this school. Unfortunately, the rest of the…read moreexperience was deeply concerning and unsafe. Things started well but declined significantly once constant classroom and teacher changes began. First, they decided to combine the two toddler classes for the benefit of the school and not the safety of the children. One morning, I personally observed that the classroom was out of ratio, 1:8. Management was unaware of this violation until I brought it to their attention. I spoke to the director about it. She blamed the teacher. Management took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! Later that same day, my child was sent to the ER while under their care after swallowing a piece of a plastic spoon--something I was never informed was even used in the classroom. Afterwards I asked that plastic spoons be removed from the toddler room for the safety precaution for ALL the toddlers, but management refused, stating it was "not a safety risk" and that plastic utensils were "easier for staff to use and throw away after". They dismissed the incident as a "one-time thing" specific to my child and did not take it seriously at all. Management took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! Just days later, my son suffered another injury, hitting his mouth and biting his tongue after tripping over a chair causes bleeding that they had to "apply pressure to stop". Again, I was given multiple versions of what occurred. The director later admitted that his teacher had lied to me about what happened which the chair incident. They just moved her to a different classroom! I was also told directly that they were having teacher issues and that teachers were not doing what they were supposed to do when not under direct supervision prior to these incidents with my son--extremely alarming to hear as a parent. I personally loved his infant A and B teachers but I still don't know who was considered his toddler teachers because it was so many in and out of that classroom. They told me that certain teachers would be in my son's classroom but yet none of those teachers were in that classroom while these incidents occurred. I felt lied to AGAIN! Please do not be fooled by the fake smiles. This school focuses more on protecting itself than fixing real problems. They have taken ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for anything. I never received an "I'm sorry this has happened". I feel they were putting the blame on my son. When I informed the owner that my son would no longer attend due to safety concerns, her only concern was collecting two more weeks of tuition. She claimed my child would be safe due to "changes" she made but refused to provide any details when I asked what those changes were. Once I began requesting facts and documentation regarding safety, the owner stopped responding to my emails and never returned my phone calls. The only thing the owner did was request more money from me. This school operates as a business only. If you advocate for your child or raise concerns, expect deflection, dishonesty, and silence rather than accountability.
