I honestly don't know where to start. My kids have been here for almost 2 years . And things were good at first, potty trained my boys and how nice everyone is. But they CAN NOT KEEP TEACHERS TO SAVE THEIR LIFE! They cameras don't record it's only live. Which is a safe issue for all kids ! They say they lock the front door and they have to buss everyone in . But they use that when they want to. I have a video of it for proof. If you want your child to stick with a teacher that teacher does well with your child there DONT DO IT! Both of my granddaughters contracted horrible skin diseases from this place because of how dirty it is. You can go there at 7:00 A.M. and the place smells of urine ! One of my granddaughters got bitten 5 times in 6 weeks. The director did nothing to remove those kids from her class. The director said that was how kids communicate. My granddaughter was even bit on the nose and it drew blood ! She contacted a serious infection ! My other granddaughter was not given sufficient water daily and became dehydrated. Kids should not be outside in 98 degree temperature. 90 percent of the children are NCI paying. Alot are foster kids or CPS kids. They treat you badly I believe because of that. If looking for daycares, please don't consider this one. The facility may look okay but it's very unorganized and they don't take care of your children. They truly don't care. Starting from the front office, they are not welcoming and don't greet when coming in. The classrooms are disorganized, and teachers are not friendly either. When it comes to reporting incidents, they are too lazy to write the reports, or to even inform the parents. Unfortunately I personally know some kids who had suffered severe bullying at this facility. They have been called racial slurs by other students and have even been chocked by other students! The lack of attention in this facility is unbelievable. Administration and teachers avoid taking accountability. They don't even try to figure out what happened and of course nothing was done about the situations. Parents leave their kids here hoping their children are safe and well while they are working hard! Administration will definitely go out of their way to make unnecessary accusations towards parents but will not have that same energy when it comes to resolving and creating a safe environment for the kids. They will try to get back at you some way for advocating for your child. They don't like that. They try to act like they care about your child but they don't at all. That is so unfortunate because this facility has the capacity to be a nice place for children, but it's not being managed well. I hope they either get their act together or this facility gets a better admin who can handle these situations better because Ms.Joy isn't. Parents and children deserve a place where they care. This daycare does not have working cameras to keep an eye on staff and children either. i waited a while to write this review, but my children went here for almost a year in 2023, my son at the time was three and my daughter was two years old, my daughter had one of the best teachers there; meaning she stayed the longest, she seemed to have a passion with working with kids, she was always compassionate and wanting to show effort, i would pop in on random occasions and look at the cameras on the front TVs and the rooms would be a mess, toys everywhere, kids were doing whatever they wanted, i was told they followed a schedule and there are multiple rooms for certain activities but i highly doubt they always followed a "routine" same with my son's classroom, teachers were always leaving and new ones were always coming, teachers were late in the mornings, my son would come home with small bruises, one in particular he got on his forehead, when i asked to see camera footage i was told the camera doesn't record, it is only live. In order for me to speak with a director I'd have to call several times, or go up there, the "accountant" or the lady who processes the payments made the same mistake more than once of charging me twice, and I would have to wait almost a week to get my money back. I believe there are a lot of resources for this daycare to be amazing but it was not what i was told it would be.. i enrolled my kids out after almost a year. read more

I love Children's Learning Adventure- Fall Creek. It has really been a blessing. I changed centers a lot due to teachers saying my son's behavior was hard to manage. When we came to CLA they immediately reassured me that my child would not be a problem and since we have been there for these past 2 months I have gotten 0 complaints on my child. He use to have daily potty accidents at other centers but here he has had no problems. My son is happy everyday at pickup and excited every morning to go back. He is granted so many opportunities here for his little mind to explore and the teachers are so patient with him. Mrs. Denise is his pre-k teacher and she always communicates with him and talks him through his emotions, she is the best and I can tell she really cares about the kids! Every time i walk through the doors the several staff members greet me with a smile. The whole environment is welcoming. read more

UPDATE: Today the front desk staff allowed my kids to be taken from the center by someone who had NEVER gotten them before. No one asked her name or ID'ed her. If this hadn't been a test, our kids would be kidnapped. This is not a safe place to send your kids. We have repeatedly discussed with the director that the teachers don't know the parents or the students and will release the kids to ANY adult. The front desk isn't any better as they buzz in everyone who approaches the door. Their curriculum is nonexistent. It's not worth the money. And don't bother calling corporate, they dont care. read more

Some of their teachers are good though, like Ms. Angelica, Ms. Veronica, Ms. Bean, and Ms. Anna. My child got diaper rash too many times for my comfort then to make matters worse, I could hardly get anybody on the main phone line about any concerns I had. I enrolled my granddaughter into the Summer Camp Learning Program after taking a tour of the facility. The facility looked fantastic! I came to find out that it was all a façade. I attempted to contact the Director regarding some concerns with the program, via emails, phone calls, direct walk-in) numerous times...but to no avail. After I called and spoke with the direct it only got worse because she told him that if he hit anyone he would get kicked out so he was not allowed to defend himself. Apparently the other kids were the only ones allowed to hit, kick, punch and call names. Considering a teacher is in their and they are supervised at all times should negate this kind of activity but I guess it does not at this daycare. read more

First time here trying to ask information , the staff was not friendly, they need to learn how to smile and friendly. At first I call to ask information they told me if my first one go full time then d second one is 10% off, even if it is a half day 5days a week. When I came in they told me NO both need to be full time to get 10% off. So they tell me different answer on d phone then when I came in.They did not tell me d price for my youngest so I went in . My oldest started here at 18 months in Ms. Tamekas class and she has been wonderful with him. He has been there almost two years and my two years old started a few months ago in Ms. Tammie's class. Both are singing there ABCs and my oldest is already starting to count and write his name. The facility is beautiful and always spotless. I LOVE Children's Learning Adventure! We bring these wonderful babies into the world and as parents, all we ever want to do is ensure they are loved and cared for. When you work, you can only hope to find someone or someplace suitable in which your sweet child will be safe, advance and learn all about their surrounding world, and truly be loved and cared for by others. After maternity leave, we started off with a nanny that we dearly loved. Due to some changes in her life, she moved on, and we decided to entertain the idea of our almost 2 year old going to daycare. Thank goodness for my strong, supportive, and encouraging husband, because this Mommy was resistant to sending our dear, sweet child to a daycare. Not that there is anything wrong with daycare, it's just all about finding one that will ease your Mommy (and Daddy) worries to allow you to make it through your work day without anxiety and fear of whether you've made the right choice. Look no further! Well, okay. Do your due diligence as a parent by scoping out other daycares, but then turn around and go back to CLA. CLA has been phenomenal with our 2 year old. The facility is always creatively decorated, clean, and safe. The wonderful people up front do a great job of monitoring and controlling entry. They know my daughter by name even though they aren't her teachers. They are always very friendly and personable. As for her teachers, they are amazing and very caring towards all the kids in her class. I often pop in and watch the camera monitors up front to spot check on her, and everything I see matches the daily activity sheet they provide to us at the end of the day. I have also seen my daughter running and hugging her teacher, and her teacher returning the hug. She was not aware that I was spot checking on the cameras up front. My daughter LOVES going to CLA. She comes home and talks about her teachers, by name, and tells us they are so nice, or they did her hair today, or they danced today, painted, sang a song...whatever it is they may have done or taught her. She also talks about her friends in the class and I love that she is learning and building on social interactions with other kids. We came to CLA at a time in which a new director was coming in. Her name is Joy. She is a delightful lady and is always approachable. I know that if I ever have a worry or an issue I can go to Joy and she will address it. These wonderful people...it's their job to ensure my dear little is safe and is learning, but they really seem to take their job personally, and it shows in everything they do. To Miss Bing, Crystal, Ashley, Frankie, Stephanie, Joy and all of the staff at CLA: Thank you for loving and caring for our daughter while we work. We would love nothing more than to always have our daughter with us, but you certainly come as close to loving parents in our absence as you can. My recommendation to anyone reading this...go meet Joy and her staff, take a tour, and see what they have to offer. My child attended CLA for 3 years. We used to LOVE this place because of the really awesome teachers that worked with our child and amazing facility. We recently un-enrolled him for the summer, and decided not to re-enroll in the fall. The main reasons are because of the newest director's persona and because of the lack of safety policies. We found out AFTER the tornado warnings in the spring that CLA did not have a tornado procedure. My four year old was left in his classroom (completely surrounded by exterior windows and a door) because the director (at the time) and education specialist (now current director) told the teachers too. Thankfully, the teachers at least put as many kids as possible in the classroom bathroom (while under a tornado warning- with tornados spotted) and the rest under the tables to try and keep the kids safe. They were told to keep the kids in the rooms, so they weren't allowed to move them to a more interior area not surrounded by windows. We had never complained about anything in the 3 years we were there until this big deal with the tornado. Over the years, my son had several teachers and I can honestly say they all cared for him and taught him a lot. This is what kept us there after the tornado warning incident. However, when Denise left (she was a really good director) and Joy became the new director, we knew it was time to go. Please know, we have been through 4 directors so we didn't leave just because Denise left. Joy has never been friendly or approachable when she was the "safety" person or education specialist so we did not feel comfortable with her being the director. After a short time of her being the director we noticed a change in the staff as well, they didn't seem as happy and people started leaving. We are sad that our son will not be returning with his friends and that we won't get to see some of the staff and teachers we have built relationships with over the years. However, I need to make sure my child is safe when not with me and I just couldn't trust that anymore with the new director. 5 stars for the beautiful facility, nice staff, and great teachers, but without more safety plans in place and the current director in charge, the best I can say is 3. Also, we were told during the initial tour that the teachers all received two weeks of training (classes and hands-on). We quickly found out that was not true. Some teachers did not receive any training! We were just fortunate to always have good people in my child's classroom who knew how to work with kids. read more

Upon first impression I was IN LOVE with this place, from the location to the range of activities available, and my daughter seemed to be happy there...but what I absolutely will NOT tolerate is rudeness and unprofessional behavior and Joy, the current director, is both of those things. What was once a safe place for my child has turned into a nightmare under her leadership. My daughter LOVED Ms. Jessica but I was informed she no longer worked there...along with several other employees which is extremely troubling to me as Jessica was always so pleasant in my encounters with her. I can only imagine it's because of Joy. Even in the last days before I took her out I just didn't like the vibe I got from the staff, they all seemed to be on edge and extremely stressed which is the exact OPPOSITE of what you want when dealing with young children! My 3 1/2 year old has been going to this location for 2 years. Every time we walk in the door, the desk staff greets you with a good morning and when you leave a "have a great day". They are very helpful and will answer any questions that you need. We have been through multiple class changes and have been blessed with amazing teachers. You know your child is truly cared for, when you leave for the day and he wants to say goodbye to his teachers from his previous class. Every year, they same to work harder at making the daycare a better place for your children. I love the activities and the weekly newsletters we get. When my son was in diapers, they worked with me on cloth diapering and they truly try to marry your at home parenting with the daycare rules. I usually put my daughter in Children's Learning Adventure - Gleannloch Farm location off Spring Cypress and we love it there. Due to my jobs relocation I needed to put her at a different location this summer. This location was chosen because it's the closest to work. I tried FOUR times to get information about enrolling her for the summer and never had one phone call, voicemail or email back. After the 3rd time I decided to call the location directly instead of using the online forms and 1-800 numbers to inquire about enrolling. I spoke to a person name Courtney and explained to her that this is the 4th time I've been trying to get information without any luck. Asked if she could PLEASE email me a pricing sheet and enrollment information. She said ok and wanted to hang up without even asking for my email! I quickly stopped her and gave her my email address and thanked her for her help before I hung up. Patiently waited for hours, then days, then weeks until I gave up. I should not have to try this hard to enroll my daughter! Just wanted to share and let you guys know that you lost a potential customer because of the difficult enrollment inquiry process. My wife and I visited the location after our son had been injured several times within a week at his previous daycare. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, kind, and understanding of our issue. We had the opportunity to tour the campus with Director Jones. She gave us a clear rundown of operations. As educators, we thoroughly enjoyed the fact that lesson plans were posted outside of every door, and that there was progressive education plan in place. The facility is second to none. The students and parents that we encountered all appeared to be glad to be there. Our son starts Monday, and I believe that we are making the right decision. read more

My children have been going to this facility for two years. At first with Amanda being the Director everything went smooth and any issues i had, which was hardly ever has handle. Unfortunately she went to a new location everything went down hill from there. Since she had left we have had two new Directors with a new agenda every time. Each one hiring there own friends and never handle big issues at hand. The ac in the Infant room had went out 5 times before the issue was handled. Each time i was never called and i show up and my son is covered in sweat and his face is beat red. I finally had to each out to the CEO for this matter to be addressed and handle in a timely manor. I paid over 2k a month and never once were my children a priority. With the new Director Lori, she never once called to follow up on issues like my son coming home with back feet in the infant room, she even said" to just put socks on him" . First off sock on wood floor with him trying to walk is not a reasonable fix. Second he crawls and his hands and knees are on the floor. I had to take the issue yet again to upper management and it finally got fix. After that they forced me out of there facility due to them not liking a mom who complains when things are not up to code according to Texas State code for Daycare Licencing. I received two calls with in two days from this school stating my Daughter Had PINK EYE and she had to be picked up ASAP. When i arrived they not only got rude with me but had my daughter sitting at the front desk until i arrived, that was never stated on the phone call. Then i arrived the and i explained it was allergies and not PINK eye" because i just took my son last week for the same things" there response was she can not come back with out a Doctor note. Never once have i been ask to do this because i never take my kids to school when they are sick. When i did take my Daughter to the Doctor that week i was told she had bad allergies and that why here eyes are red and puffy. Never once was my daughters eye leaking or was she complaining they were burning or itching. The Second call i received was the next day stating my 11 month old son had bit another child. I received the call from the NEW Ass. Director for the second time stating" that my son had tripped over a baby and had his mouth open and and his teeth hit the baby nose". I went right up there and so happen the Regional Manager Beth was onsite. Made me wait for 20 min and when we spoke there was no caring or Sincerity about several issues and state codes of this facility. She even stated that she can not control her staff when she is not around and believe its best we leave. Since i do pay 2 weeks in advance and have never once been late she was able to refund me for the week i paid for in advance but i was told i would be refunded registrations fees which i did not receive. Then i even had to follow up with an email to just make sure they are staying on top of paying me back the money the told me i could get back. Her response is that since they waived the last registration fee, and the reason for that was because i had already paid 600 in registrations fees in just one year and they tried to charge me for the third time in the same year. They even over booked in the infant room and left two new 6 week old babies with no cribs and just had then in bouncer and never informed the parents. Then tried to move my 11 month old son up to 1 year and up class room with no crib and have him sleep in a cot. which is against Texas state code. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what i had to deal with in the last 8 months. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a place who actually cares about your children and who value you as a consider parent!!! read more
