They painstakingly removed harden dried old carpet padding (over 40 years old) in 1 room. They delicately touched up nail holes and staple marks, which brought out characters and charm. Elvis is a great listener, cares about the customer's taste and lifestyle, offered advise with his professional experiences and friendliness, put me at ease from worries. The natural stain color enhances the grains which I love, as if he is a mind reader, also went above and beyond with 3 finished coats because of my dogs.
