I purchased an Oakworks massage table and face cradle for my business. The face cradle arrived well before the massage table. There was a 2+ week delay in delivery of the massage table. I tried initiating a refund for the face cradle (unopened/unused), but they refused because it was outside of their 14 day return policy. This company has horrible customer service. I bought 2 $5000 electric tables. Within 2 months one of the table breaks. I call the company to try to get replacement parts and have someone fix it. It has been 3 months since i originally called in. After 2 months i finally received the part. The lady who is responsible for these claims is not doing anything to get this problem fixed. I have called her several times and she always says the same thing that she is trying to get a hold of someone to fix it and someone other than her is always at fault. She even recently tried to say my mailbox was full and that's why it has taken so long. My number is a business phone number that gets checked daily....There is no way my mailbox is full. This business is not professional and does not handle their warranty in a timely manor like a Professional and reputable should. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!` read more
