I had an entire system installed by Absolute Value in February of 2020. In 2022 they merged with Oasis and they no longer honored the service contract. This weekend my AC went out. I was told it had a 10 year warranty. Then I was told it was never registered with Ruud and was not under warranty. 2 systems in 6 years 2 months. read more

I always use Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning in Green Valleys, Az. Today, the tech named Manny with 6 years experience in that profession came out and thoroughly checked my system and cleaned out my blocked water condensation pipe by blowing it out throughly with high pressure Nitrogen. Upon completion, he thoroughly checked the compleness of his work Two weeks ago I had a newby AC guy that Choice Home Warranty and I had water all in the drain pan. Instead of checking the problem or fixing the water leaking all over, he said that he would fix the leak and get someone to remove the water and drywall and tape, texture and paint it. By that time, mold would occur so I had to pump and dry it out myself. The guy never called back and Choice Refused my claim due to this owner/tech newby's poor diagnosis and normal responsible service. He said told the warranty company wrong information without seeing a leak. Oasis has a maintenance program and cleaning of your ducts and they are responsible people, not just Manny. read more

Outstanding service! Have been using Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating for 15 years with no problems. They are not only available by phone on weekends, but will do emergency repairs then, which I needed recently. Being on a maintenance contract with them is the best investment a homeowner can make. When a failed electrical part stopped the A/C from working, they even offered to bring over a portable unit! Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating is a family run business that really puts family first. We have been using this company since 2019. We recently had some health concerns, and our units needed some attention. Dave, Will and Joe came out right away and were amazing. The problems were diagnosed and the technicians worked all day to fix the issues. They even came up with a solution to a previous construction problem under one of the units that had nothing to do with their company, worked on it for many hours, fixed the problem, at no charge. We were not even on their schedule. They were friendly, kind, happy to answer questions and left the home spotless. Dave and his technicians treated us like family, and we will always be grateful! We had Oasis Air install a new compressor abt 16 months ago. It is now burnt out. Continued calls to them reach for over a week result in a recording, we leave messages and never a call back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oasis to anyone I know. We've worked with them several times since moving here three years ago and have had nothing but excellent interactions and service. Their work has been exceptional, and most important to me is everyone I've interacted with at the company has been wonderful. As an example, one of our dogs passed away this past Saturday. We had service schedules for Monday morning and emotions were still very raw. The gentleman who did our scheduled service, ​Darius, was very understanding and even took some time to show our remaining pup(who is incredibly depressed) some extra attention. We hired this company and the price was much lower than the other quotes they had given us. They installed air conditioning and heating on the upper and lower floors. They lasted a day and a half doing the job and everything was excellent. They programmed our nest thermostats, everything working perfectly. Miguel, who was the one who attended us, explained everything to us in detail. Likewise, his staff that they sent to carry out the work was cordial and answered all our questions. Oasis replaced our old A/C unit. They were reasonable, prompt, and provided great service. About a month after our unit was installed it stopped working. I called them and they were out within the hour. It turned out to be a minor issue. I have recommended Oasis to all our neighbors. read more

I called Oasis to see why my AC/heat pump was not performing well and I thought it was going to be bad. The unit had been installed 6 months earlier by an idiot contractor. They came out spent over an hour looking at everything. They balanced the registers (which helped immediately), and recommended door undercuts and sealing the ducts. Plus adding a dedicated circuit for the heat strips. I was worried the unit was underpowered or the ducting was no good. So far, no charge. The next day they sent the estimate and it was very fair. I agreed, and they came out the next week. I was extremely impressed with them. The work ethic of Lalo was beyond belief. He believes in doing the job right. 2 part review: my 20 year old ac died over the winter so i called Oasis. They came immediately and got it working again. It was working again and we were happy. I even liked Oasis so much i got a maintenance package...After they left and i realized that the ac still sounded like R2-D2 choking on a chicken bone, wife and I called Oasis again. This time, we asked for a bid on a whole new HVAC system. The price was perfectly in line with what we expected. For less than the cost of the last repairs on my classic truck, we ordered the system. Promo: nothing stops a trane. My go to favorite in residential hvac. They said about 8-10 weeks, due to supply chain/backlog. Bull. Less than a few weeks later, at 7 am, 3 totally professional people came and set to work. By 1pm, we were back up and running. I DIDN'T KNOW THOUGH!!! WHY? You ask? Because the new ENERGY EFFICIENT POWER SAVING system is so quiet you don't notice it. Not only that, they stayed and educated me and the wife on our new system, filter locale (new place, EASY REACH)...They made sure to show us optimal and optional things we can do to keep a perfectly balanced environment at home no matter where we are. They cleaned up completely...so completely they actually cleaned a couple dirty spots that weren't even their fault. Above and beyond to be certain. Crew was super professional, friendly, and fun to have work on my house. Customer for life...oh, and did i mention the follow up appointment and warranty on everything??? Yep. They won't honor previous owners instalation. they charge way too much I'd go with a different company. We'd give below 1 star if available. Our unit 6 yrs old they want over 1000 dollars for parts and the labor on top of that plus 90 dolllars diagnostic that took 20 min. They must think green valley has lots of green but we are retirees. I've heard that about services here being way too high. Fortunately my husband knows when they are Over charging as he is retired from that field he will do his own repairs. I don't normally do reviews but I felt the need to do one today. I turned on my air conditioner for the first time this season and it was not working. I had The air conditioner serviced in April by OASIS. At the time I was told everything is functioning fine. So I gave them a call to see if maybe the gentleman had forgotten to plug something in or some thing else during his inspection. It was a very busy hot day, but they sent A very knowledgeable technician out within two hours. Come to find out there was no coolant in the air conditioning unit. There was a valve that was stuck open so all the coolant had run out after his inspection. After diagnosing the problem and running test to make sure there was no other leaks Oasis replaced the coolant and the valve and did not charge me anything. They felt the service man should have noticed that when he left and he didn't. It's nice to know there are still honest companies out there that do the right thing. I appreciate that, it made my day. I was warned that my unit is 15 years old and I could need to replace it within five years. You know who I will be calling now? read more

Don't even get a diagnostic from this company. They will tell you need a whole new system and strong arm you into getting it. They told me if be 3-5k to fix and 2 weeks for parts. I got a second opinion and it was fixed in an hour for $800. When I decided to get a second opinion I called to cancel with them an hour after agreeing to it they still charged me $500 for doing nothing. Still cheaper than the 10-11k for a new system but I would strongly suggested against them. read more

Oasis did a heat pump install for me last May. With Michael, Brandy and their whole crew, I received A+ service, professional, courteous and on time. They spent alot of time with me to ensure I made the best choice for my system and their quote was very fair. With my new 2 stage system I'm now saving 68% on usage, a huge improvement! Today we called oasis because our heat pump wasn't working in spite of them fixing it last week. They sent someone within a couple of hours and he had the repair done in less that 30 minutes. They didn't even charge for the call since they had been out the week before. We had worked before with ambient air and they tried to sell us a whole new system and these people were able to fix things for less than $200. Can't say enough about this company! We had our air conditioner and furnace installed by this super company one year ago this month (Dec). Every person we dealt with was professional and personable. Everything went smoothly and our air conditioner kept our house cool this past summer at half the cost of our old unit. We were very happy. I was in the worst situation, it was the middle of July and the AC went out. I called every shop (not only in Green Valley, but most of the Tucson Area as well). Today we had our semi-annual inspection performed by David. I have had any number of these from various companies over the years but this was, by far and away, the most comprehensive of them all. David carefully explained what he was doing as he checked out and the heater very carefully. He tightened all of the connections, performed electrical testing and even went so far as to mix a solution to clean and flush the drain pipe. This was a first. He vacuumed the inside of the heater cabinet and dusted the outside of the heater unit. The machine was spotless when he was finished. Then, since he was already here he took a quick look at the Air conditioning unit outdoors. All was well. David then took the time to cut a screen to keep vermin from entering the unit through factory openings. Truly a step beyond. And the charge for all this? Nothing. Included with my annual service contract. Rest assured I will ask David to do our service in the future. Our experience with Oasis over the past three years has been exceptional. From the time that Brandy gave us our estimate through the installation and vent cleaning process three years ago (flawless) and now to this great experience Oasis has exceeded our expectations. We asked our neighbors for a referral and they didn't hesitate to provide us with the phone number and contact information for Oasis. Within 48 hours of calling, David M. came out to do an assessment, he was professional and so kind. They accommodated my schedule and came to install the thermostat a few days later. The technician (Noel) was prompt, efficient and explained everything to me so I could understand the new thermostat and program it myself. I just purchased my home and heard that I should consider twice a year service on my air conditioning. I called Oasis and Eric came by within two days. When I asked him what is it they actually do during a twice yearly service call he gave me examples of things that could be getting ready to break. However, . I was looking for something like we oil (they can't as it is self contained) clean, adjust or something like that . He gave me examples of things that could go wrong but he was unable to provide any actual fixing they could do to forestall a breakdown. As I continued to ask for clarification. I was thinking surely they must be doing something other than just looking for problems. Except for the inconvenience of having it break unexpectedly, it didn't sound like they do anything to keep it from breaking. Eric became noticeably irritated at me and began to sigh, roll his eyes, and tell me I was not listening to him. I find that very frustrating to be told I am not listening when it is clear I am listening, I just am not hearing answers to the questions I am posing. Although i am an older woman, I have worked fixing copiers for a few years, and built computers. I do believe Eric should have had the skills to describe the tasks completed during a service cal.. Finally, his repeated "You are not listening to me got to me" and I asked him to leave. Luckily this is not the only game in town. So I still am not clear, is there any way an AC company can save us problems down the line by performing the maintenance twice yearly. Are there concrete examples of such a maintenance that actually happens frequently enough that it is worth the money to buy a service agreement or for that matter get service twice a year. The company may be great, but the technician needs training in customer service. I think it would be useful for the company to provide a list of what services are performed in a service call. read more

They did a good job fixed our heater/cooler system we changed the new thermostat and somehow we hook up the wires wrong our breaker was jumped from the roof they change the wires and fixed the problem good price compared to heating/cooling green valley price are much cheaper!
