After finding great yelp reviews for Fresh Air Systems, we decided to give them a call. We've never had air ducts cleaned before, and Josh did a great job of explaining the process. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Lucas showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional and thorough. The last people who owned the home had an addiction to the plug-in air fresheners, and the house had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Cleaning the ducts greatly reduced the smell in the home. Lucas also cleaned the dryer vent, which was completely clogged and could have been a fire hazard had we not had it cleaned. It was simultaneously fun and gross to see everything that came out of the duct work and dryer vent. If you are purchasing or have recently purchased an existing home, I highly recommend getting your duct work and dryer vent cleaned. It's a great peace of mind to have fresh ducts and a clear dryer vent. I highly recommend Fresh Air Systems!

I checked Yelp the other day, and then phoned and interviewed three different companies. Josh…read moreanswered all my questions, and was not pushy! This wasn't the MOST expensive, nor the LEAST expensive -- and not cheap, but well worth the price! [And there was no "bait and switch" today at the time of the service!] Lucas and Jeff came this morning and did a GREAT job! They cleaned the air duct system (the supply and return air vents), and the dryer vent (from the roof). Everything was done very professionally -- and the clean up was SUPURB! I highly recommend Fresh Air Systems!

Our warranty company sent them, and the tech was very professional and courteous. After his…read moreevaluation he stated the whole system had to be replaced. He could fix it but it wouldn't last through the summer. Quote of $12000, minus a $3000 credit for old unit. We are in our 70s and had no air for 2 days and then it took them a week to get back to us. Fortunately we got a guy to come over and said that the capacitor needed to be replaced, which he did and charged us $79. I would have replaced the unit if he had fixed it and then sat down with me and went over it. Never looked in the attic, but said it probably has leaks up there. Companies need to hire technicians and different salesman. This is the second company in 4 years that sent a technician and wanted to replace the system. DON'T TRUST THEM!

These guys picked up a work order from my home warranty when one of our AC units stopped working…read more Before they even looked at the unit he said it was probably due to a storm, even though we didn't have any weather when it went out. During their attempt to get it running they clearly fried something because the condenser started to smoke and the thermostat died. They then reported to the warranty company that the unit stopped due to a power surge, so repair/replacement was not covered. We ended up hiring a different company to replace the condenser and they showed me how the thermostat had been fried and that the only way that could happen is if someone crossed some wires or something in the furnace. While I can't prove anything, I am convinced that Villa HS techs made our problem worse and then blamed it all on a mysterious power surge. I would not recommend this company.
