I only recalled crystal necklaces being popular with some kids during school and the Himalayan salt crystals at massage places of the last 5-10 years or so. The Sacred Geometry classes and art classes were truly enjoyable and I did make multiple purchases from Bear Soul Stuio & Rock Shop. Some of the ladies working there don't seem to be interested in high quality customer service and their lack of engagement is disturbing. I like Lakewood and that neighborhood. Supporting local businesses is something that I consider a high priority. Their lack of focus and interest in superior customer service has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. As a former business owner, I just can't see this business being around in the next five years. My advice to the new management is to think of yourself as a customer.
