This place is awful. I'm writing this because I cannot find my original detailed post outlining in great detail how I was treated and the nasty people who worked in there. PLUS, my jacket was stolen from me at that clinic. Don't go here. There's a better pain clinic associated with Prosser Memorial Health.

Erin changed my life…read more I found her in the middle of a divorce, a spiritual awakening, and one of the most confusing seasons of my life. I felt overwhelmed by what I was experiencing and desperately needed someone who could help me make sense of it. Erin did exactly that. She helped me put words to experiences I had carried my entire life but never fully understood. Through her Akashic work and practitioner training, I developed a much deeper understanding of my intuition, my spiritual gifts, and my purpose. Her guidance was especially invaluable as I learned that both my daughter and I are high-masking, high-functioning AuDHD. Erin helped me integrate both the spiritual and practical aspects of that discovery in a way that brought tremendous healing, self-acceptance, and clarity. Most importantly, she helped me feel seen. She helped me understand that many of the things I had felt alone in were not things I needed to fear or hide from. Time and time again, she offered wisdom, perspective, and validation that allowed me to move forward with greater confidence and trust in myself. I genuinely don't know where I'd be without her guidance. If you've ever felt different, overwhelmed, spiritually curious, or disconnected from your own gifts, Erin has an incredible ability to help you find your way back to yourself.

Not because she ever told me to, but because she just opened the portal for me in a silent and neutral way, and when I was ready I placed a hand inside, and then eventually an arm, and gradually my whole body and self, when I was ready. I was called to have a session with Erin this month to address something that is quite sensitive in nature. Something I have worked with other coaches and a therapist on and tried many other approaches. As I shared with her, it is the only thing in life that I fear I cannot overcome. There was another issue that I considered bringing up as it may be related, but it is very deeply buried in shame and pain and I decided prior to the session not to bring it up. During our session, without me saying anything, Erin brought up the exact topic that I was hiding, almost in identical words. She brought it up in a neutral way that felt effortless. She had just had a conversation with a friend of hers about the very topic that I had decided to keep buried. I know that Spirit was working through her again to open the door for me to step into healing. So I shared my own deeply buried feelings with her. The way Erin addresses emotions, even the most difficult ones, from a place of neutrality and observation is absolutely revolutionary for anyone who is dealing with shame or addiction. I believe her own journey is exactly what has gifted her with this skill. Thank you Erin, for everything you have gone through in your own life in order to be able to offer this level of healing to the world. I see it as a true sacrifice that your soul made in order to help others. Your gifts are truly Divine and magical.

In defense of John Evans, I will say I attend occasional visits with my husband just to help fill in the information gaps and that is it. A boyfriend is not the same as a spouse, and it is important that the patient can talk freely. That cannot always happen when you take along a friend. Don't slam a medical professional based on your limited experience with them. It is very professional to require a drug test!

When my boyfriend and I arrived, we were greeted by the slightly annoyed front desk staff. We continued to wait around 30 minutes before I was called back. As soon as I sat down in the room the nurse started taking my blood pressure etc. and then proceeded to tell me that "Dr. Evans" requires his patients to take a drug test...I was extremely thrown off by this but complied. Once I was finished the Doctor came into the room and the first thing he said (before even introducing himself) was "who is this? Your boyfriend? Are you sure you want him here? We are going to be talking about personal things." Well yes of course we will be talking about personal things but who I choose to have with me is none of your business. Then he begins to take off the drug test results and mine came up positive for cannabis. I AM NOT AN AVID USER, I am a responsible adult who had a puff at the beginning of the month. Anyways, I was denied any healthcare because I tested positive. Since I found it (the pee test) a serious breach of privacy, I MADE SURE I knew that these results were to remain private. Dr. Evans then proceeded to tell me that my privacy is very important to him, blah blah blah, and that he only takes these tests for his own knowledge. Sure enough, about 2 months later I got a letter from my insurance company saying that they needed to investigate my visit with this office. FRUSTERATED, I called my insurance company and they said that Dr. Evans had submitted a claim for $275 and ALSO stated that I was a CANNABIS ABUSER WITH ATTENTION DEFICIET DISORDER. Excuse me? First off, after testing positive he wouldn't help me anymore and couldn't have diagnosed me with ADD in the whole 10 minutes he saw me. In fact, the whole 10 minutes he saw me he was too busy talking about himself and how he was the top 1% in the United States. I've been to many specialists before (Charlotte, Indianapolis, and Durham) and HE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HAVING THE ATTITUDE AND KNOWLEDGE a true doctor has. Really, I've never in my life had my "life choices" compared to Michael Jackson and Celine Dion, how humiliating. To conclude my TERRIBLE review, don't give this man your time. Even when I tried having this issue taken care of, the front desk staff had said that someone would call me ASAP...of course no phone call. This man just looks untrustworthy and gives me a bad feeling. I know I've found a good doctor when I leave their office feeling relief and glad that I'm once step closer to feeling normal again, although this "doctor" gives me nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. As a prominent member in the Kennewick/Richland community, I will make sure that this experience is noted for future potential customers so they don't have to endure the humiliation and time lost that I had with INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES OF RICHLAND: DR. JOHN EVANS ARNP.
