I really enjoy this car wash. It is nearly a perfect car wash. The only thing I have an issue with is at the compressed air gun. I have been twice a month since moving to town in September 2025 and not one time has there actually been anything coming out more than say someone blowing air out of their own mouth. Why even have them if they aren't going to work and be able to do the job they are intended for? Other than that they aren't the cheapest place, and aren't the most expensive either. read more

Near $30 dollars for their premium car wash is ridiculous. A few months ago it was maybe $20. I'm not sure if they were trying to price gouge due to having nice weather. I've been coming here for a few years now. Not a great way to treat your customers. Go somewhere else. It's all just water and soap anyhow. read more

I just wanted to try Oasis out, as the Ankeny Mister is terrible. I was astonished at the Results I had as I dried my car. I purchased the unlimited Typhoon wash before I left and had them scrape the Mister sticker off of my windshield., outstanding value for the top wash at $18. My paint surface was smooth as glass. Their Diamond Fusion system is top notch with great end results. read more

So I've been to this place twice the first time I let it slide. It didn't do a very good job so I tried to Ankeny one It was a terrible job so I contacted the owner and let him know. Hey the Wash isn't doing that well maybe the guys should brush the cars a little bit more before they go through and this was his response. My car was damaged in the car wash. It was damaged on the passenger side of the front bumper. Once my car was having trouble on the track, the car behind me caught up to my car and hit me in the bumper. I spoke with the general manager before leaving. He inspected the two damage locations and admitted that the damage occurred inside the tunnel. I waited in the car with my kids while he viewed video footage from the incident. He then brought me and my children into the office and had me view the video with him. He showed me the spot where the incident happened and said "Something happened here- or you put on your brakes." I told him that I something DID happen, but I didn't put in my brakes- as evidenced by my brake lights not coming on at all. He then agreed that there is video evidence that I did not put in my brakes. He took my information and told me he would get back with me by Monday after talking with the owner and insurance company. The incident occurred on a Saturday morning. He did not contact me on Monday. At some point I called and left a message, but did not hear back from them. On Tuesday I got a babysitter for my children and went to the car wash myself. I waited for the manager to arrive. He told me that he had spoken with the owner, the insurance company, and a lawyer and that they were not willing to do anything to repair my vehicle. I asked him if he could point to anything in the recording that indicated that I, the car operator, did something that caused this incident to occur. He said that he could not. I told him that since he could not point out anything that indicated something I did caused this to occur, it seemed like it should be something that they make right. He said, "What do you want me to do to make it right?" I said, "Just fix my car." He said, "I'm a businessman. I can't fix EVERY car that gets damaged in my tunnel." I asked, "How many cars DO get damaged in your tunnel?" I got repair estimates from a collision center, and the estimated damage is $1200. The worker evaluating the damage at a collision center asked which car wash it was, and was not surprised that this had occurred. I am not upset that this happened. Sometimes incidents happen and things get broken. But I do think that the business should have been willing to make the situation right and repair my car, since they can point out nothing on the video that I did that caused this to happen. read more

Monthly member....I still just don't understand why this place provides such an inconsistent wash experience nearly every time I'm here. Just did a business trip to Minneapolis and back today. Lots of bugs...literally zero prep! These kids are lazy and I can only relate that to poor training with no one managing the slack in the process. I never see management on site or out working or training. Absent owner??? Needless to say it came out with nearly all the bugs intact...none of the overhead brushes were even in use today. Just spinning away overhead. Front was filthy and rear tailgate also like always. Sadly this place is so convenient for me but the quality of wash has me nearly ready to move on! Really sad this is the best we get for our money these days...most service businesses these days just don't cut it! read more

They do the best job pre scrubbing the bugs off your car of any place in town. Went to the "Shine" place on the north side of town (Ankeny) and they just very lightly squirted the front of the car...no scubbing, so NO bugs were removed. So I will Recomend Oasis!They do a much better job! read more

On February 9th, 2024, When utilizing this car wash my cat escaped from her carrier and ran out as soon as we pulled up to the vacuums when the door was opened. The employees did allow us to view the tapes to see which way she went, and she had ran right into the building where the car washes occur. I was allowed for maybe four minutes to look for her was not allowed to put out food or water for her overnight. on the video it showed her going in, but never coming out, I offered to pay for every single car that was waiting in lines car wash - pay for the premium one, to try to make it not so bad on the business and for peoples time so that I could look for my cat and was told pretty much to get lost. The people waiting in line for their car wash were very very nice. However, the employees were not and while I was hysterically crying, I was laughed at by one of the employees because apparently he thought that it was funny the general manager, then called the cops, and said we're not allowed back on the property without a police escort, I had a horrible experience with this place will never again and I'm telling everybody that I know exactly how hateful they are towards animals. A little bit more expensive ($11 for the lowest level, $18 for the highest) than some car wash places, and not touch-free, but you get two dudes spraying down both sides of your car before going through, so pretty thorough. Their slimy cleaners don't thwapthwap your car while you go through, so it's pretty gentle on paint. Major pressure wash of your windshield before going through a top spinner. TONS of soap and sprayers and spinners. Bump your music and all the lights make this one feel like going through a spacetrash cartoon. Kids had a good time and said "Again! Again!" read more

If you own a SUV, do not expect the back to be cleaned. I have complained to manager on 3 different occasions to please have his employees use the brush to clean off the back. I was told that it was difficult to train employees and it was suggested that I remind them to clean the back. Think about that, I am their quality control as they are unable to guarantee that an employee will do their job! Hmmmm. Have asked employees to clean the back on two occasions and the look I received was similar to receiving a one finger salute. Nice facility and nice amenities, however, don't expect a consistently clean SUV. As with most businesses it is quantity over quality. read more

This business damaged my brand new vehicle, required court action to render judgment (in my favor), and to-date (now one-year later), has failed to compensate me the amount of judgement awarded by the court.
