He claims he takes care of everything from plans to permits and that couldn't even get done without excuses ultimately ending up with the plans that were submitted being rejected with several code violations that were safety hazards that could have caused injury such as bolting and ledger board directly to a brick veneer wall. He will talk about code and walk around and point out other code violations with your existing house or neighbors deck but when it come right down to it he has no idea what he is talking about. The game he played took up the entire summer and I had to finish managing and getting to job done myself. This guy has moved and changed the name of his business numerous times so beware. He also talks about his respect for veterans and their service and I'm a veteran that has seen much diversity in my military career and have never been so disrespected by a civilian.
