I then contacted Pioneer Fencing. They where friendly and had the correct quote to me in less then a week. Within 3weeks of contacting them they had the work done. The other place after 15 weeks told me it would be another 10 weeks before the work could be done, making it 25 weeks. The work was correctly and I was happy with it. The installers were here for four hours and said they were done. The fence is crooked in places, not level in others and looks horrible. In addition, they did not cap the posts. I have tried to leave email and voicemail messages. No luck. I am being ignored. The only positive is, I paid 50% and can use the other 50% to hire somebody to come in and fix what they did. Just because you see the Mills name on fences around does not mean they are a reputable company. Fair warning if you decide to use them.

The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.
