EADS stayed on it and after many trips no cost to me it was fixed and hasn't moved since. Beautifu! Solar. My point is they back their work. We just had EADS install vertical wire rails over 16,000. Anothe beautiful job so pretty with a gate and hand rail. We are just please with EADS. I have sent them countless text messages thanking them. Perfect fit.

They asked for photos, etc. and I sent the photos to them and never heard back from from them again. Now this week we had an urgent need for a repair from damage to our gate (we have a dog that could get loose and told them we needed it fixed as soon as possible) that was done by a cement company installing a patio. I have texted and contacted by calling 3 to 4 times. Was told each time that someone would get in touch with me. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. I have since called another fencing company who came out this morning and repaired at the same day. Clearly all that Eads cares about are new installs and new sales. Not repairs of their work.

I hate these fees in every capacity working with contractors, but I can't recall this ever being present outside of plumbers and electricians. I didn't proceed to set-up the consultation because their reviews online and competitive estimate should provide enough knowledge to their potential customer vs. instead of pinning them into working with them because of the thought of, "Well, we've already paid $100 towards working with this company..."
