If I could give this place a zero I would, I have never in my life even did a yelp review but with the experience I just had I absolutely have to warn others. This was the worst experience I've ever had during a massage. In all fairness I came here two other times and had a wonderful experience but I was not given the lady I had today the last time I got the same woman both days. But today I basically paid to have oil rubbed on my body this could never qualify as a massage I kept trying to communicate with my massage therapist but she doesn't speak English she pulled out her phone to translate and still was not following my directions I kept asking her to go get the gentleman from the front so he could translate she would not. I literally sat up on the bed and was telling her to go get the gentleman from the front she just kept rubbing oil on me as if I wasn't literally sitting up. I called the front numerous times got no answer so I got off the table and as I was getting dressed finally received a return call. I told him what had happened that I came in because I was in a lot of pain from sleep wrong and I can't sleep as a result and that the massage therapist was not listening to me and that I had been trying to call to get assistance. I was offered no apology and no remedy for what occurred I also was offered no discount and asked to pay full price for my service which I did so I could be done with this place. I told them I would never ever come back to this place and I don't recommend anyone else coming here either. She also put some oil on my face which I didn't know she was going to do that has now caused me to break out and my massage finished 10 minutes ago. But I told her not to put anything on my face as I have really sensitive skin and I had my eyes closed and she did it anyway like I wasn't even talking to her. Then I started wiping it off and she hands me a dry tissue which was no help. I am completely upset and disgusted by my experience and I do not recommend anyone visiting this place take your money elsewhere!! read more

I have never had a massage spa experienced before and I'm disappointed I didn't feel the most comfortable being there. My sister had made a called in first to check in for wait time before driving out there. When we (3 of us) arrived at the entrance, we were immediately greet by 1-2 ladies (I don't recall) and were rush to follow her to the massage room. I thought it was really weird as it was our first time here and we didn't even get to view their pricing rate. Even so, we followed her and were assigned to each room. I had let the lady know it is my first time experience and wanted guidance of how things work. Not sure if she misheard me, but she directed me and my sister to a couple room instead, while my other sister were be herself. I initially requested a female masseuse because I didn't feel comfortable with a male masseuse. However, I ended up feeling even more uncomfortable during the massage. The female masseuse lifted the thin sheet into the air, which unnecessarily exposed my entire buttocks. This action felt unnecessary and uncalled for, as she could have easily adjusted the sheet by straightening it without exposing me. A second incident occurred when I was asked to turn over and face up, which exposed my entire frontal. Throughout the entire process, I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted it to end as soon as possible. I couldn't even fully close my eyes to relax. Aside from these uncomfortable experiences, the massage itself was nice and focused more on my upper body and shoulders rather than being a "full body massage." A $10 tip is required for each person even though it's one transcation. read more

Very awkward experience - would not recommend! First clue I should have walked out was it smelled like cigarette smoke. As I was getting the massage the music changed from soft soothing music to loud rock to a child's lullaby- very strange! Massage is not that good, employees got a bad attitude!!! I gave her 30 dollars tip and she was upset for not giving her more tip. I went in for a massage the other day and left feeling great. I got the 1 hr combination massage. It was only $50 for the hour. I was in a lot of pain and that was when I knew I needed a massage. My whole body was worked on and like I said at the beginning of the review, I left feeling great. I left a tip. I would have left a bigger tip if I had more cash on me. I went in to get a 1 hour foot massage today for the first time. I usually get full body relaxation for my feet needed extra love this time... I walked in and was instantly greeted and served. This was my very first Foot massage stand alone, and I didn't know what I was getting. The masseuse named Lisa was amazing . She took her time and somehow found all the pressure points that were the most stressed. Her gentle technique was soft yet strong. NOT ONLY, did she do my feet, she then did my back and shoulders, head and neck.gave me a full 180, and spent like 15 getting all the knots out of my upper back, and relieving the pain in the lower back. I stopped coming here some time ago because the place was just dingy, dark and kinda creepy. You walk in and the lobby isn't the cleanest particularly the carpet always looked in need of a vacuum. I was turned off by the expectations of a tip before you even know if your service warranted one and as other reviews have stated the smell of cigarettes on the staff is noticeable and quite frankly gross. When you get a massage you are expecting a calming and relaxing experience and this place is just not it. read more

Bruh.... let me tell you something about Oasis. The massage I just had was frickin INSANE. Literally the best I've ever had, and ya girl is a reflexology connoisseur. Called in and they agreed to see me at 8:38 which is already a far stretch since they close at 9 and I wanted an hour long sesh. Came in and asked for the reflexology. The nice older man at the front desk said I should get the 60 Min combo. I'm in sales. I know the deal. I declined because I thought he was just trying to bank a few extra dollas. He said since I was the last customer of the night, he would give me $5 off because he knew I'd like the massage and that it was very good. I'm a sucker for a deal so ... A couple mins later he led me to a room, not the usual foot massage chair, and told me to undress but keep undies on. I did and when I was settled a lady came in. First she started massaging my back pretty softly. I politely said "harder please" and she totally obliged. We laughed a lil bit because she said that men typically are the ones who like it hard. . Anyway... FAM! THIS LADY STARTED DIGGING HER ELBOWS AND KNEES IN TO MY BACK ever-so-gently... yet w the perfect amount of pressure . Weird Christmas music being played solely by harp played in the background and I was in pure heaven lmao! After the fire ass massage and her rubbing my back down w oils and hot stones, she then started folding me up in different positions and stretching whatever limb she had contorted. We laughed again because each time she would try a new one on me, she'd say "ohhhhh! Very good. You young girl!"... lol I think she meant that she was surprised by my flexibility. She finished up and I didn't know if I should hug the lady, kiss her or curse her out for nobody having told me about this damn combo massage before! Left the lil room and walked to the front. The older man was sitting there grinning at me with a "told ya so" look on his face. This dude knowssssss they got that WORK. Lol! He gave me the $5 discount but I ended up giving that and some more dollas to the lady because she deserved it all. I wish I had more to give her honestly. Actually I've been going there for about a year and a 1/2 and I always had good experiences until lately I've had the worst experiences since the owner isn't there anymore women have from the establishment have text me and ask me for more of a tip and they sit there saying that the tip that I give them is not enough and the massages real fast and they want you out of there and they force you to take an hour and a 1/2 So they can get more money it's terrible now than what it used to be I recommend going somewhere else? read more

Great massages. Terrible customer service. I enjoy going for their massages but after today's experience I will be doing business elsewhere. My husband bought me a gift certificate last year. I used it once since and I had a remaining of $60 left. I went in today to get a full body massage. When I tried to pay they wouldn't accept the gift certificate, saying it was expired. It does not have an expiration date and it's a gift certificate! I tried to explain to the lady and she said that they would have to have the managers approval and that I had to pay cash. I didn't have any on me so they said to go home and get some and they would keep the certificate. So all in all they stole $10 from me and are holding my certificate hostage. DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CERTIFICATES, or don't expect to use them after paying cash for them.. read more

Booked an appointment and came in on a Saturday. All went well and I felt great. Disclaimer, they ask you take your clothes off. I took my mom for her first massage here and we absolutely loved it. We got the 60 min combination massages (foot and body) and the price was really good! Not only was the price great but the massage therapists were amazing. Mine was really attentive to the knots in my shoulders and back. She also made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. The owner was super sweet and walked us through our first time there AND he gave us a room with two tables so we could be together. I was really excited about that because my mom was nervous for her first time and it really helped put her at ease. That's why I was willing to drive out my way to Oasis and let me tell you - it was absolutely worth it! I can't speak for all of their employees but Ben made me into an entirely new person.
