Well, she forgot to book it. We worked it out to reschedule for 5 days later. She went ahead and redeemed my voucher for the day she forgot to book my appointment and when it came to the rescheduled day, I show up early and the place was closed. I called with no answer. She texted back around half an hour later and was defensive and claiming I no showed. Couldn't believe her. Needless to say I would rather take my business elsewhere.
