Second time I went, I had a different massage and it was better , friendly and pleasant

Went there for the first time had a great experience very happy with everything can't wait to go again

It was the last day of Winter Break before my son's Spring Semester started. He was stressed out, so I suggested we get massages. When we arrived, the lady at the desk said, "How old is he?" He responded, "I'm 19." She said, "You have to be over 21. We can take your father but not you." I said, "What kind of reason is that? He comes with his mother and me to get massaged all the time in the Bay Area." She said, "The Police would get mad if he's under 21." I responded, "He's not having a drink, just a massage. What, do you do nasty massages here? The Police should get mad about that no matter how old someone is." She just gave me an empty stare. Both of us of course left. read more

I was at the urgent care next door and should have just keep walking past this place but I've been lifting weight and have been so sore so I thought I could use a deep tissue massage since it didn't look busy there (hint: maybe red flag) Anyways the lady barely understood a word I said and just kept staring and smiling at me with her creepy smile, that should have been a sign to leave but me not listening to my instincts and the whispering of my ancestors I end up going through with it. She suggested I added the hot stone along with my deep tissue for a total of $110/hr so I did. After she had already charged my card she said there's a fee of $5. So my total end up being $115. I thought how annoying but ok whatever it's only $5 more. We walked to a room and she just point for me to go inside. Then she closes the door. She didn't say anything to me at all. A couple of minutes later she came back and here I am just sitting on the chair in the corner in the dark. She then proceeded to said I was supposed to undress and lay down. So she left for a few min and allow me to do so. The Massage was 7/10. I like how she hit most of the right spot. Only thing I didn't like was her accidentally pull some strand of my hair during my neck massage and during hot stone I was drenched with water which made me so cold. Every time the stones gets cold she will put them back in the hot water and take them out then put it on my back. It almost feels like I was getting bathed and scrub with the stone. I also don't like the feeling of her nails scratching my back every time she flips the stone. She ask if I want to bike and walk. Which I had no ideas what that was. All of a sudden she got on my back with her knees then started kneeing me up and down, then she stands up on my back and was walking up and down. I had to tell her to get off because that was too much for me. She just end up using her hands again. After my massage, I got dress and as soon as I open the door this lady was right in front of me blocking my path and said "my tip" with her creepy smile. I know Halloween is around the corner but don't scare me like that sheesh. Now I find her even more annoying. She didn't even gave me time to process or adjust my vision as I was coming out of a dark room or didn't even let me use the restroom first. Anyways I still end up tipping her and holy cow I kid you not this women's creepy smiley yellow/brown teeth face quickly changed as soon as she realized I only hand her $6. She looked down at the cash and then stare right back at me so angrily as if I had offended her. I quickly walked out and you know what I am never returning to this place ever again! I seriously feel like I was in some Chinese horror movie. Oh and I forgot to mentioned that the room I stayed in had a tiny screen monitor of recording. This little screen shows recording of the lunch room, front and back of the facility. They have it in the room in case if they're busy with a costumer that way they can see who enters and leave through the front door. Again I find it annoying because you're supposed to be relax during your massage and once in a while I'll hear staticky noise than like two ppl talking to each other through the monitor. I do factory work and my back gets pretty beat up. The ladies here do a great job as getting to my sore spots, and will check on you throughout the session to see if the client is comfortable with the massage. The neck and scalp massages i got were very relaxing as well. The one down side is I was left alone a few times (on different days) because the massage therapist had to conversate with the other, or a waiting client, but it doesn't happen often. I personally have not had a bad session so far the massages were good. The therapist were nice, abd the rooms were always clean. If I can add something. I'm not sure if theirs a digital timer that you can pause and resume, but if not, and if you have to leave the client to take care of business related things, add a bit more time to the massage to compensate the client for waiting. In short great massage from the women here. Hopefully my review gets read and taken into consideration. I will for sure come back for massages when the time calls for it read more
