I came for a Brazilian wax. The lady was super nice & friendly throughout the entire process! The reason I give 3 stars is because I don't think they use a good hard wax. I get waxes monthly, and this was extremely painful and it was like the wax wasn't grabbing the hairs. Again, I get a Brazilian hard wax EVERY MONTH so I'm very used to the process. Either her method wasn't great or the wax itself wasn't a good wax, or a combination of the two. I knew it was going to be a problem when the wax went on super THIN and she didn't leave it on long before pulling. Hard waxes are more effective with thicker wax that gets enough time to cool for a clean rip. I think changing the brand of wax would help, but it was extremely painful when she got to the inner labia, and felt like she had to rip so many small pieces versus getting everything in a few passes like I'm used to. Don't recommend for brazilian unless you're just doing partial removal. That wax doesn't grab all the hair, and it hurts when they have to improvise ways to remove the hair that the wax isn't grabbing. Giving 3 stars because she was a very sweet lady and didn't mean any harm! read more
