I truly would not have chosen any other hospice, and I would not recommend anyone other than Shiloh Hospice and Palliative Care LLC. I actually found Shiloh on Google and chose them based on their reviews, and I can honestly say they did not let our family down. The day my mom came home, the nurse practitioner, Tobi, came to meet with me after her visit. I was also introduced to her nurse, Addie, for the first time, and we were visited by the social worker, Christina. A few days later, the chaplain also came by to provide support. Addie was an amazing nurse. She came twice a week, and one week she even came three times. I was always able to reach her by phone or text, even on weekends. She truly went above and beyond. Gabby was a gift from heaven. She came three times a week to bathe and care for my mom, and because of my mom's needs, she came multiple times a week when needed. Christina was an incredible social worker who provided wonderful resources and even continued to check on me after my mom passed, just to make sure I was okay. I honestly do not know what I would have done without the support, love, and care I received from Shiloh. As a healthcare worker, you want your family to receive the very best patient-centered care, especially during such a difficult time, and that is exactly what Shiloh Hospice provided -- and more. Not once did I feel alone, scared, or confused about what to do. Everything was taken care of. There were no surprise bills, no unreachable staff members, and no added stress during an already painful time. They are truly a blessing, and I would tell anyone to choose Shiloh.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more My 81-year-old mother was under Shiloh Hospice's care for about a month while living in a memory care facility -- and the experience nearly cost her life. The long-term consequences of their failures continue to impact her health today. Shiloh made several promises that were never fulfilled. The Executive Director assured us a minister would pray with my mother weekly, a doctor would visit every other week, and a care plan would be developed. None of this happened. The doctor never once saw her. The minister never came. We saw the social worker just one time. The only person who followed through was Nurse Brittany, who kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care. The worst part? When my mother began showing signs of a stroke, we called Shiloh's on-call nurse. He showed up hours later, asked me what I thought he should do, agreed that she needed to go to the ER -- and then did nothing. When I returned nearly 11 hours later, my mother was still at the facility, sitting alone, unresponsive. I rushed her to the hospital, but the critical four-hour window to treat her stroke had passed. She missed her chance for the medication that could have changed the outcome. To make matters worse, we never heard from Shiloh again. Not a single call. Not one word from the Executive Director. No apology. Nothing. This was more than poor service -- it was dangerous neglect. Please think twice before trusting this organization with your loved one's care. We wish we had.

Grace Point Place has been my 95 year old dad's home for over a year. My dad has dementia and I…read moretried having him in my home, and neither of us was successful. The staff are always very friendly and are always happy to see my dad. My dad is very lively. I have seen the wonderful staff, sing dance and lately take him on outings. Latrice is in charge of resident outings. She has been gracious enough to allow my dad to participate in baseball outings and now takes him bowling. My dad was a great bowler. He may not remember that evening that he bowled in the morning, but in that moment, the joy was there. I am so grateful for these kind-hearted souls that have made this their life passion.
