There was fret sprout making it difficult to play due to sharp edges. Steve upon further examination noticed there were loose frets and recommended a dressing and leveling. While working on my bass he also created a new bone nut. My bass now feels and plays better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend Steve. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining what's going on. He is a luthier with a passion to make things right. Looks like I found a good luthier.

I tried to resolve the issue with scheduling but she kept on going on and on about the phone conversation we had earlier, FOLLOWING me around the store yapping. I asked her kindly to "stop" but she said she needs to say was on her mind. The owner of the store was there and didn't even try to stop her from following me around.WTH!!!Later on she admits that she is pregnant. So am I! 5months to go! I don't see the correlation between her emotional sadistic issues, pregnancy and trying to re schedule an appointment . Word of advice Emily, go see a damn shrink instead blowing up on your customers.

I know a friend who takes lessons here and she seems happy and learning just fine. I went to this shop awhile ago to get some equipment for my guitar and the sales associate helped me find me the item within a second! It was amazing to see all these customers though because I will be honest; it is little hidden inside this little corner. It is behind the Starbucks so maybe that is why? yet overall, their store return policy on items and everything seem fair and great. I would recommend my friend to take lessons or rent from here just because they have rent-to-own it system.

While he was quite musical in a number of areas, he would often sing some of the notes of a song "a little sharp and curiously 'nasal'." With asperations of auditioning for musical theater productions, these were serious issues to be rectified. It is beyond my comprehension how Lindsey was able to train Ari's ear to sing completely "on pitch" and alleviate the less than musically attractive nasal tone. Eleven years later, my son has his own band and is highly regarded by his bandmates for the wonderful quality of his voice, as lead singer. And what about the nasal tone? I am no longer aware of it, in spite of his spring allergies!!! Lindsey is an incredibly perceptive and "person-centered" voice teacher.
