Do not recommend Oasis. I purchased over $900 worth of laser hair treatment and had one out of six treatments done. After my first treatment, I had to leave the state due to a domestic violence situation. I had called and been told they would send me a check for a portion of what I paid as long as I proved I was living in a different state by sending them my drivers license. I sent them a picture of my license and was later told that they would not reimburse me because of "the agreement." These are not humane or understanding people. They went back on their word and are taking that money from me knowing I cannot go back to Oklahoma and that it would help me in the situation I am in. Loved my first treatment at the Oasis Medical Spa! Groupon well spent! Located centrally in Norman, I was pleased to arrive at a professional, laid back environment and great service! I purchased a great Groupon recently for 4 treatments. I found out that you dont actually have to do that - they will honor the Groupon price. The tech made it extremely easy and convenient to book around my schedule. After booking I started doing research, not gonna lie, kinda scared myself with what I saw on YouTube. Word to the wise: learn the laser that's going to be uses on you before doing this. Oasis uses the Alma Soprano - one of the gentlest lasers around. I felt absolutely no pain. The tech was amazing! Still a little nervous when we started, she talked me through it and explained everything that was happening. It really put my nerves to rest. I highly recommend this place! read more

GO HERE- DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. I don't leave Yelp reviews. Ever. But this is important. My girlfriend got laser hair removal done at a different "medical spa" in OKC. It was traumatically painful. She screamed and cried throughout the super long sessions. I have never seen her in such pain. I came to Oasis expecting more of the same- but it was totally painless. I didn't realize it had started until I was told. It just took a minute. Turns out, the previous place had been using outdated tech. And they charged four times as much as Oasis. Oasis is a lovely, friendly, professional environment- and they have your best interest at heart. Be very wary of other "medical spas" who offer laser. read more

The actual services are fine but I had such a hard time getting someone to call me back. I have bought multiple Groupons here. It has always been difficult to get through. This time, When I finally got through to get an appointment they were closed when I got there and did not contact me because they had a wrong number. When I rescheduled I had to miss the appointment right after ice storm. When I called back today they wanted a $45 missed appointment fee. I did not get a credit when they closed on an appointment for me. It is just too hard to Work with them. I will Take my business elsewhere read more

I have had 2 separate treatments at Oasis. The service is incredibly fast and friendly over the phone and in person. The facility itself is very clean. They have a long list of services to check out. I first had a chemical peel. The entire process took a little over 30 minutes and burned (but it was worth it). My face peeled for a few days afterwards, but I was left with smoother skin. There was significant decrease with some discoloration, but not much with melasma. However, it was just one peel. I also had an oxygen facial which left my face very smooth and clean. The bubbly mask tickled, but I was kept distracted with great conversation. I will be heading back at some point! read more

They don't do their books right, its always you missed your appointment and they want money from you or your package is up when you clearly have more visits left on the package its something or the other. No wonder the staff kept changing a lot. They're more interested in taking the money and won't keep your appointments straight read more

I have been going to Oasis for about a year now and I get laser hair removal. The women who usually did my treatments was wonderful and incredibly nice. She apparently was fired, and the new lady that was hired is absolutely awful. She was not hospitable at all. She did the absolute minimum on my areas with a short amount of time. When I asked her to do more she said that was all she could do and that she had "changed some things around here". She really did not care about her customer and just wanted to make as much money as possible and get me in and out quickly. To top it off, she left me covered in gel that I had to clean up myself. I was so incredibly angry because I really loved this place. Unless you somehow get the other lady who is great, I would not recommend spending your money here. read more

My husband gave me a gift card on Thursday (Jan 12 2017) for $485.00 for laser hair removal, that evening we found out we were pregnant. The next day weren't able to take the gift card back because they were closed and were also closed Monday Jan 16th 2017 because of Martin Luther King day I assume. So today Tuesday Jan 17th my husband took the gift card back because I cannot receive the service he paid for because I'm pregnant (medical reason). Simply we just wanted the money put back on our card and they WILL NOT DO IT! I called and kindly asked to please return the money because I am pregnant and will more than likely not live here after we after our baby because of my husbands job. The lady said "there is no way we are refunding your money, it's common knowledge gift cards can't be refunded" and hung up. The better business bureau recommends three business days to return monies for services yet to be rendered. So I believe I am within my right to a refund. read more
