    I like this place after my original nail tech of 10 yrs left to her country it was so hard for me to go anywhere else cuz I'm a really picky person when it comes to my nails. Gave this place a try and Diane is the best she does fast work and does such good work. I'm so happy I finally found a place where they do good work.

I get compliments all the time on my waxing (aka she is known as the eyebrow doctor). She also will listen to the good gossip you got going on! Lol

    I've came here a few times already to get my nails done and it's always been great. The workers are nice and professional and always greet you when you come in. Even when they say to have a seat they are always with you shortly after. Everything is fairly priced as well. I just went today and Nancy did my nails. She does such a great job and they always come out pretty!

    Usually I don't have a problem getting service, until today. I came in two hours ago and they only did my pedicure after waiting 30 minutes. They still haven't started my manicure and I'm watching the person who was supposed to do my manicure, work on someone else's pedicure. I usually have dip nails done which is $45 for my manicure. I wanted to change and get the gel nails done because gel it's only $35. Then the lady tells me that it would cost $10 to remove the dip. So I decided to stay with the dip. She let me soak my nails in remover for 40 minutes as she moved on to someone else's pedicure. As I'm soaking my nails, I'm removing the nail polish and finally took my nails out because my skin was tightening from remover. Someone else told me that she would do my nails, but she finished the other person's manicure and he ended up doing my manicure. I picked a pink shade for my toenails and the guy couldn't even find a color for that would match. He gave up looking and I gave in because I didn't want to be there any longer. I even noticed three people who scheduled a 4:30 pm pedicure all had to wait 20 minutes before they started the water to soak for them. A new customer asked me if they take credit cards, but I was honest with her that their credit card machine usually doesn't work which forces you to use their ATM in the shop. Having a credit card available is a plus for the customers. I told her I usually bring cash because I don't like being charged for using their ATM. The lady left. I'm very disappointed for being made to wait so long. I'm seriously thinking of looking for another place to get my mani/pedi.

    I have been a longtime European Wax Center customer and previously purchased my wax passes through…read morea Downtown Los Angeles location. After moving to San Bernardino, I used my remaining services at the Renaissance Marketplace location in Rialto. When my wax pass ended, I was offered a new promotional wax pass. Due to unexpected expenses from my move and family wedding events, I decided I could not financially commit to the program and canceled it within the timeframe I was instructed to follow. Despite canceling within the required period and receiving confirmation by text that the membership would be canceled, I was charged again the following month. I contacted the location multiple times and was repeatedly told that a manager would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a call or follow-up. Because the issue remained unresolved and the charges continued, I ultimately had to dispute the charges through my bank. Several months later, after my financial situation improved, I scheduled a waxing appointment online. My appointment was confirmed without issue. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and asked whether there was any availability before my scheduled time. After reviewing my account, the receptionist informed me that the location could not service me because there was a hold on my account due to the previous dispute. I was then told I would need to pay both a cancellation fee and a dispute fee before receiving services. When I explained that I had canceled my wax pass within the required timeframe, the receptionist reviewed the account and acknowledged that I had, in fact, canceled correctly. She agreed the cancellation fee should not apply but stated that a dispute fee remained and that only a manager could address it. Once again, I was told a manager would contact me. Once again, I never received a call. My frustration is not with the estheticians, the cleanliness of the facility, or the front desk staff, who were courteous throughout the interaction. My concern is with the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and apparent disconnect between customer service, corporate systems, and the individual franchise location. What disappointed me most was that my appointment was allowed to be booked and confirmed despite the account hold. No one contacted me beforehand to explain there was an issue. Had I arrived at my scheduled appointment time instead of early, I would have wasted even more of my day only to be turned away. I understand businesses have policies regarding disputes. However, when a customer follows the cancellation guidelines, receives confirmation that a membership is canceled, is charged anyway, and cannot get a manager to return multiple requests for contact, it creates a very poor customer experience. European Wax Center offers a great service, but the wax pass cancellation process, communication between corporate and franchise locations, and customer issue resolution process need significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I will likely seek services elsewhere in the future.

I had waited a few months to let my nails heal from acrylics and decided I wanted to try acrylics again. It started when I asked for French tips with a light lavender tip based on a color I found in the regular nail polish. I said a color close to that, knowing it was not gel. She said that's a regular color, pick from here, and thrust the gel colors toward me so quickly they fell to the floor. One handed, I grabbed them and tried to flip through them because she had already started gluing the tips. She seemed annoyed and kept asking if I wanted white. No. I had to repeat several times. I wanted something a little different today. I wondered if she thought it might not look good and asked her. She said just pick your color. She also said the color I wanted was not light lavender. I asked what she thought it was. She didn't answer. I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I asked again. She ignored me, so I gave up and settled on a different color. It got worse when I asked if she could file my nail bed lightly since it took several months for my nails to heal. She kept repeating that she had to file my nails to put the acrylics on. I told her I realized that I just wanted her to do it lightly because my nails had been so damaged. She was visibly annoyed. She then became even more frustrated when I asked if she could make the nails shorter and more rounded when she asked how the sheep and length was . She repeatedly raised her voice asking "do you want oval then??" over and over when I simply said I just wanted a little rounder and shorter. She said, do you want oval or do you not know what you want? I told her I didn't know what oval was and asked if she had any examples. She said no. I had to Google it myself. Oval wasn't what I really wanted, but since every small request seemed to irritate her, I settled on oval. To make matters worse, my card chip had an issue and my Apple Pay didn't go through. She thrust my phone back at me and slapped down a receipt saying "See? See??" as if my card was declined. I had just used Apple Pay at CVS. I told her I could go get cash, but she wanted me to Zelle her. To make matters even worse, my banking app wouldn't recognize my face (maybe it's I was so frazzled by her behavior?? IDK!) and locked me out after too many failed attempts. I told her I would run straight to my bank. She said accusingly, "Leave your phone" -- as if I would walk out without paying, despite being a customer for over a decade. I raced to the ATM, was still locked out, and had to call my bank. I was in a panic. I finally got through, they unlocked my account, I raced back, and paid in cash. No apology for her rudeness. Anyone deserves basic respect and patience,, but as a long-term customer, I especially deserved some patience and trust when I had some embarrassing technical issues clearly beyond my control. I was shocked, and I will never spend my money here again.
