I brought in an inspiration photo, and when I say Minh did an AMAZING job he absolutely nailed it. I am in love with my nails and the design. His customer service was truly top tier. Lisa at the front desk was beautiful, polite, and very organized and professional. The lovely lady who did my pedicure had such a kind, warm, and endearing spirit -- it really made the experience even better. The entire salon was clean, all chairs were fully operating, and every nail tech I interacted with was a pleasure. I even got to relax and enjoy some great cooking shows while being serviced. Everyone was sweet, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! read more

When I booked, I specifically requested regular manicure for me and regular pedicure for my 71-year-old mother. I confirmed those services again when we checked in. Despite that, both technicians attempted to perform gel services without our consent. By the time I realized what my technician was doing, she had already thinned my nails with an e-file to prepare for gel. When I questioned it, she responded with an attitude instead of an apology. The quality of the manicure was unacceptable. She painted regular polish over leftover gel instead of removing it properly. The polish was old and applying thick. I pointed that out and she fixed one nail with an attitude. At that point I just wanted to be done and out of there. Two days later before returning to work I had to remove it myself (couldn't drive two hours back to take care of this in person as Lisa stated that's their rules), I discovered gel had been left on one hand, and my nails were left thin, damaged, and breaking. What upset me even more was that my mother, who has dementia, was also being given a gel pedicure she never requested or could reasonably consent to. I looked over just in time before he tried to put mom's feet into the LED heater when I stopped him stating we never asked for the Gel! Again attitude and language I do not speak. The poor service was only made worse by the complete lack of accountability afterward. I was repeatedly promised callbacks (talked and texted with Lisa, talked to Emily) that never happened, given excuses instead of solutions, and ultimately offered a partial refund while the actual issues were ignored. As a solo esthetician myself, I understand that difficult situations happen, but professionalism, honesty, and taking responsibility should never be optional. This was never about $25. It was about integrity. Trying to upsell services clients never requested, damaging someone's nails, and then refusing to take accountability is unacceptable. read more

I have been coming here for years and have always left positive reviews including a tik tok that referred people to this business and because I've generally had great experiences. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days. I arrived about an hour ago, and while I understand Saturdays are busy, the experience was extremely frustrating. I was initially seated at a table for my nail service, but the technician told me he doesn't do Gel X. This isn't the first time I've had an unpleasant interaction with him, as he has consistently come across as rude and unwelcoming. After that, I was moved to a different table and left waiting. I was told someone would assist me, but no one ever did. I ended up sitting there without any communication or service for almost 30 minutes. I understand that salons get busy, but if you're unable to accommodate additional clients, it's better to be honest and ask them to come back later rather than have them sit and wait with no assistance. Based on today's experience, I'm leaving a one-star review. I hope management addresses these issues because this was very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer. read more

Went with my sister my sis got a great pedi mean while the old guy with the glasses must of been having a hard day or maybe to Old to work ? He didn't even put my feet in water not only was the work sloppy but he was pulling my dead skin off my toes dry It was painful and the worse nail experience I've ever had . I am sooo disappointed. I used to come here as my go to spot for my nails and loved them every time. I showed the nail tech pictures and explained what I wanted and this is not it at all. When it came to length he kept wanting to cut it shorter and I said no and this is the length he left it at. The French tip is crooked and does not line up and I asked the tech to redo some and he said it looked good. I asked for him to at least redo my thumb and he said it would look good when he shaved off the top (it did not it looks worse). When I came to pay I got charged $70 when never have I paid that much for longer length and even design at this exact same location. I asked if they had raised their prices and they said that's what they charged. I attached the inspo pictures the desired look is achievable with longer length bc another two nail techs here have done it before. This was our second time here. We got 2 deluxe pedicures $76 plus $12 additional bucks for gel and a total of $30 of tip combined for 2 pedicures. I called and asked to go back because my nail was bubbling and the orange was transparent on a few toes because she only must've done 1-2 layers. They ended up scheduling me for today so I went in first thing & the guy kinda acted like he didn't know who did my nails and I got weird vibes from a few ppl. A lady came redid my toes with NO clear coat before the gel and then ignored me when I asked if she was going to put a clear coat but continued to talk to the guy next to her. At that point I just wanted her to paint them again so I could leave. It's not the worst I had but it was rushed and for the price, they shouldn't act like that. I still tipped her $5 because she repainted them even though she had a bad attitude about it. & i also think they should all wear name tags. read more

Horrible service. I always get the same guy, who is very rude. He always messed up my nails. I asked if he can do acrylic since my toe nail was broken. On the picture you can see the acrylic glob on the side where he didn't even try to file down, I try to give him the benefit of the doubt. But today he really did it. And when I tell him that I didnt like the nails he talked to the person next to him in there language and they both laughed and kept looking at me. I told the guy in the front and some lady asked for me to go back and fix it. But tbh after how that guy made me feel I will never be back. Such hostile environment. After a 12hr shift i wanted was to relax at the nail salon and all I got was a very bad experience, that messed up my whole day. Never will I be back. read more

My wife said There is a male technician. It started ok but the language barrier is what made it difficult. He will shake his head in disappointment when my wife asked if he can show her something to explain to him what she wanted. I'm not sure if he always in the 2nd station to the left as soon you enter. He did not clean her cuticles good. He left her nails shape cricket. She felt rushed. My wife does not not recommend him. The lady that her my pedi did a good job. My experience with the manager attitude was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I patiently and politely tried to present my disappointment and expectation of accomodations. Reason: My service was abruptly halted because the worker was told to tend to another customer who had arrived about 10 to 15 minutes after me. Regardless of the quality of the service I was receiving, the attention being directed towards me was diverted without my consent for (15 min)-without even asking me if it was acceptable. The workwr had to go where she was told to. In short, the SERVICE TIME was not respected and I was here longer than needed to be for a basic simple nail color change. (Non gel non pedi-medi) 20 -30 min turned into 1 hr! The receptionist & worker was very kind and understanding. However, the Manager (the man at the front desk) talked over me and offered NO consideration or reasonable explanation. He was solely interested in making excuses, essentially saying, "This is how we operate here; if you don't like it, go somewhere else." It was truly rude and unprofessional. After having an acrylic allergic reaction at my former RANCHO C nail salon, I ventured to try something new (with great reviews for service). After all, it had been 10 years and with this being the 2nd nail issue (‍), with no remorse or concern, it was time to cut ties! But I needed to be sure, so I've had my nails done twice by 2 different technicians (the 1st acrylic & the 2nd acrylic removal switching to gel) ..., I found a new home!! Both were polite, friendly & the digital check-in/check-out is more than appealing. The picture are MY nails with Gel X & ONE coat of buff polish as suggested by the salon to help bring the life back to my raw nail bed. She said, 'your nails are long & strong. Let's use them!!!' I feel bad even writing this, but my toe is bleeding and draining pus a day later because of my experience. I paid extra for the deluxe because I had a horrible weekend at work and wanted to treat myself (I'm a CNA and usually only tend to at most 15 patients and this past weekend, it was 25). During the pedicure, at first I thought he was just peeling dead skin but he was pretty much just yanking at the side of my toe. I've been getting pedicures for years and usually I just sit back, relax, and read a book but I kept looking up from the page every 10 seconds to see what was going on down there because it felt so aggressive. This is the second time I've arrived at a "scheduled and CONFIRMED" appointment, only to arrive and find my technician is working on a full service pedicure that is clearly at the beginning phase. When I asked how long, the gentleman walks over to Hannah, who tells him "10 minutes." 20 minutes later, Hannah is JUST polishing her customer. I can't. This is the SECOND and last time they've done this. I walked out and won't be back. My time is too valuable. Why schedule an appointment if there's no commitment on both parties. I'm good.
