I recently moved to this area and found this place on yelp. Not too impressed. They didn't do a horrible job, I've just had better at my old nail salon in Moreno valley which I'll probably keep going to. Nothing compares to that quality. I got a fill and pedicure. The guy rushed the whole time. They don't have a lot of workers. My fill wasn't perfect. My nails weren't even, he didn't file them right because he did it so fast. My toe nails were cut super short that when be filed them after it hurt. I do love that there wasn't a long wait, probably because it is a Monday. I loved the color but that's mainly what I liked the most. The receptionist was really nice and was like the only one that really talked to me and the other customers. The guys are really quiet. This area is pretty sketchy so if I do come back I will never come at night lol read more

Honestly DO NOT go to this salon! I told the woman who was doing my pedicure that she was hurting me THREE times! I even told her I had an ingrown toenail and she did not stop pulling my skin/nail. Look at how she left my right toe, it wouldn't stop bleeding and she even tried to hide it from me and kept spraying hydrogen peroxide on it. And all she said after I kept telling her she was hurting me and that clearly was in pain was " use sea salt and water". I wouldn't have had to use sea salt and water if she would've stopped pulling on the sides when I told her it was painful! DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!! read more

This is NOT a LONG THINNED COFFIN NAIL. TWO nails broke off in less than 24 hours! This place is unbelievable. I started to notice just how ugly they really were & how unsatisfied I was. I came in respectfully & asked for my money back since I wasn't happy with the results & I didn't want to waste my time for another bad set. The OWNER decides to laugh at me, tells me I won't be getting my money back & that he would only fix the two broken nails. I then asked to see their policy for money returns & he gets "offended" and starts to raise his voice at me, telling me it's his shop & that I'm not getting anything back. Tina is awesome ! I gave this place so many chances because of her. First all the young daughter is friendly and Tina is friendly. The older lady who acts as the owner is rude and snobby. No one greets you. Twice the guy messed up on my nails and I tip real well. I come back first thing in the morning due to its dark and late the night before I got them done and didn't notice that the gel polish has ripples and is rising. The owner fixed 2 and refused to fix the other 2. It's really a gamble they can be really good or really disappointing...I am a loyal customer who just deals but I couldn't this time. Very nice people. Came in last min. At 6pm and they took my daughter in for a pedicure. Very kind.

Did not want colored rhinestones. As you can see from the photo I snagged from the internet, the rhinestones are not colored. That's how mine should have looked because that's what I asked for. White nail polish should look bright, bold and vibrant. Mine looks almost transparent. Very dull and streaks can be seen. And that was 3 coats of white polish. Clearly cheap polish. Rhinestone on second toenail of right foot isn't even centered. The whole set looks super tacky as can be seen from my closeups. No I didn't ask for 300$ to take off my bad review for this business. I had to take antibiotics. Because this place was filthy. I was asked by one of the guys who worked there to bring my receipt at that time, when I complained about foot pain. Booth of my toes oozed pus.I spent 100$. I got my nails, feet and eyebrows done. Heartless, and Greedy owner ! I recently had a brush with death last month and had to have my leg amputated to hopefully save my life saved which it did. Now in rehabilitation hospital and being in the hospital for almost two months. My nails on my right foot need to be cut. So I called this place and they wanted to send out 2 people with all their equipment and charge me, GETTHIS $300.00. I said no all I need is to cut my toe nails so he lowered the price to $200.00 just to cut my nails. They are right down the street from the Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital. I'm not asking for any pricing than anyone else would pay and I realize there should be a premium for coming here but trying to get $300 or $200 out of speaks to a person with very low character and no heart!!! I too found this place on yelp and I really really loved it here. The owners were amazing, talkative, and welcoming. Me and my mom came here for pedicures and fills. The pedicure was alright. We're use to places where they give you the foot paraffin wax but here it was a basic pedicure although it was very nice. I had David and he gave me an amazing foot massage which was well needed considering I wear 6 inch heals al work all week. David also did my fill and I brought him a picture as to how I wanted my nails to look and he did it with his own twist. Even the fellow customers here were amazing. We got there right when they opened and I'm so glad that we did because this place filled up fast!! All and all a beautiful nail salon with wonderful people. Worst place to go for nails and pedi. Not only is the wait long. They have such an ugly attitude with you for no reason. I've been here several times trying to give them a chance but no matter the time of the day their always in a bad mood. If you schedule a appointment through the phone. They don't respect it and make you wait. The wait time is usually a hour to 3 hours. My mother and I have been in a situation where they choose who they want to take next no matter if you get there first. Take my advice don't waste your money or time here. read more

Well for starters this place is VERY clean and that alone impressed me. I'm very picky and I really like to feel good about the services I pay for the quality. I liked that none of the seats wre OMG and broken. The walls are clean and the art isn't outdated. I even had time to notice they had crown molding. I was very impressed on how well groomed my toes were left. The color selection was very organized and they offer OPI nail polishes; which are my favorite. :) most colors were where they were suppose to be on the display. There was one VERY odd thing; all the manicurists were men and the receptionist was a female. The females name was Vanessa she wasn't that professional. She was wearing what appeared to be yoga pants and had no makeup on. She spoke very rudely to one of the manicurist and used a phone numerous times. She also approached the manicurist several times while he was working in a very condescending manner. Had it not been for that I would have definitely given this review five stars. read more

I came to this place based on some supposedly great reviews. What a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I normally give good reviews but this place has the worse customer service and poor quality work. I sat in a chair for an hour for a crappy "deluxe" pedi and another hour for my full set. The pedicure chair I sat on didn't worked. I glanced around and I noticed it wasn't the only non-working old ripped chair, so don't expect to get your back massaged. For my pedi I asked for a white flower design with a rhinestone however, the lady made uneven patters on both toes. She used black nail polish which in top of the ugly design made it even more horrible. She didn't massage my feet nor used the sugar rub I had asked however the person next to me ordered the same service and was charged the same amount and she did get the sugar rub. For the nail work, the guy was constantly hurting me and I kept telling him to be careful, he was laughing whenever I would complained, making me feel like he was making fun of me. My nails are bumpy with drips of glue everywhere. Cheap glue it is because some of the rhinestones fell in within 24 hours. Price was ridiculously high for this type of low quality job. Some of the nail technicians in there had a good interaction with their customers but some others like the people that attended me totally ignored their customers. I definitively will never come back again. People please don't throw your money away. There's a reason why my review is not the only negative review! read more

I used to come here to get my nails done a lot but it seems that once they see that you're a loyal, returning customer, they get lazy and sloppy, as with many other nails salons I've gone to. They usually do a good job and are capable of doing so if they really wanted to, but I guess the one day (last time) I went I got unlucky because I asked for a pink/white ombré on short almond nails, a design I seen on the dummy hands they have bear the front counter, and got something far from that. What upset me more was that when I complained to the owner, he said that my nails "were too short for that design" implementing that 1) he knew they didn't look good and 2) they knew this prior to starting my nails and didn't mention/suggest to me that perhaps they wouldn't turn out good if I decided to stay with that design. Regardless of that, I know that it was perhaps the lady that just didn't know how to properly do ombré on short nails because I've never heard of ombré nails needing to be a certain length for them to look good. I live in San Bernardino but would rather and do go to a nice shop in Corona instead where they do a way better job and have way better products as well. read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was attended to with in 5 mins , mostly because it took me a while to pick the colors that I want.
