Lee did an amazing job on my boyfriend and Is toes! The chairs were super comfortable and they were able to get us in on our way to key west! I can't even explain how awesome and relaxed we feel. Also, he gave the best foot pressure point massage I've ever had in my life. All for 50$ with gel too! What a steal. This place is the worst, the Male nail tech did mine , I got nails and pedicure. Took 3 1/2 hrs of my vacation. At home this would have taken 1 1/2 hrs. Nails were thick, he cut my nails to short without asking . The lady finished my nails and knew the job was BAD , she didn't charge me for the nails just the pedicure. She told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday to get a new set by her. I was not gonna lose 3 more hrs of vacation time . So when I got home 4 hrs later the toenail polish rubbed off on one of my toes and 4 days lates the nails started popping off. I realize she didn't charge me but I don't want to see someone else go thru this. I really think they use old product , the polish didn't dry on my toenails and I have never had nails pop off read more

After reading the other reviews I wish I would have done my homework before going here. My experience was very similar to the other negative reviews. My gel polish peeled off after 4 days and my pedicure looked like it was done by a toddler. Not only do they do terrible work, but they also made me wait 35 min. past my appointment. I came to this nail salon with high hopes. I came as an emergency because my normal nail tech was completely booked. At first glance the nails looked okay, a little thick but they looked fine. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the tech broke my nails after applying the dip. The tech applied dip on the underside of my nails because she said it was her secret for thin nails, but then when using the drill, she broke off my natural nail, but the dip is holding the shape from the sheer thickness of it... There are spots on my nails where there is no polish at all and I'm afraid water will get underneath it. My nails are absolutely destroyed and I now have to wait a few weeks for them to grow out in order to properly get them done. UPDATE: it has been less than 24 hours and the dip is already lifting off my nail. Waste of time and money! read more

Only pLace open with availability In all of the keys in Florida- BTW it's a Saturday and lobster season just started. They didn't require appointments and actually were able to take care of this as soon as we walked in. They were all very attentive, nice, and provided a relaxing environment. They are the best chairs ever and according to my auntie (from sugarloaf) who I visited this location with, she claims that they are the best chairs in the keys! My Auntie lives close and said that she will be a repeat customer and will definitely be back and I must say she is particular, so this is a great thing! So whether your a local or visiting, make sure you go here it's worth the money and the time!!! read more

We are on vacation in the keys and wanted to get our nails done. They excepted walk in appointment, which is great! I was cautious about getting dip nails, but they did a great job. Good attention to detail. The people were great and welcoming. Although I got a manicure and was expecting to get my cuticles trimmed and all my hangnails cut off and taken care of, the skin around my nails were not taken care of like they usually are in a manicure. The lotion they put on my hands at the end made my hands very dry. My sister got a pedicure and she enjoyed the chairs. She said that when they scrapped her feet she was not ticklish at all but didn't get the dead skin of her heels. And the leg massage was very unnecessary and uncomfortable, because the lady was basically slapping her legs. The inside was very kept up and nice interior. The prices were overall good. Dip manicure was $40. Manjipeddi was $45. Overall a good paint and good experience. read more

I was on vacation in the Keys and trying to avoid a gel manicure at the hotel spa for $70... so I drove here, the closest place. I should've just paid the $70 because one week in, and I have to get another manicure already... so basically the same price. The nail tech was slow, and trying to service me and another customer at the same time... walking back and forth... but it ended up taking longer than necessary. Also she had me put my hands in a bowl of nail polish remover, instead of individually covering each nail with cotton and foil... leaving my fingertips so dry and gross-feeling. My gel manicures generally last at the very MINIMUM two weeks... but within a week I had chipped nails.. even had one nail come off completely. Never happens to me at my nail spa back home, that's in the same price point. Also, gel colors are at a minimum... if you don't like 50 shades of pink, you're out of luck. Never again. read more

The only convenience of this Nail Salon it's open on Sunday...I was OK, not the best service at the beginning but I needed a refill, ended up having a full set, I was indecisive about the color, I then chose a color but once she put it on my pinky finger I didn't like the color, the lady that was doing my nail said something in her native langue, then the manager came over to me in a very very rude manner that I have to make up my mind when choosing the color. I was so upset I just went ahead and continue with the color I wanted to change. I said nothing wanted to leave as soon as possible. My nails look terrible. I got a gel manicure and she painted them so fast hardly took anytime on them at all. The polish is over my cuticles and my nails are not fully covered. It was a very poor job and very rushed. When I said I didnt like it they blamed in on the color I chose...out of their collection!! Can't say enough wonderful things about Oasis Nail Spa! I took my daughter and son's girlfriend for a girls day out. We all had different services: my pedicure was amazing! Great foot/leg massage and nails were painted impeccably! My son's girlfriend had her first manicure - cuticles and polish were done very well. My daughter got acrylics with gel polish. This is where this salon stood out. She had selected a color that did not turn out the same as the sample and she was very unhappy. I should have written this review 2 years ago when I tried the place. My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and as soon as I put my foot in the basin I received an electrical shock! They tried to tell me it was just some static electricity but I refused to use that station and they all acted like they didn't understand what I was saying, language barrier or something. Another customer told them that they saw what happened. Plus there was a flood of water on the floor behind the pedicure station that they. I should have notified the department of health and have felt bad since that I didn't. I wonder if there is any kind of standard that nail salons have to pass before they are allowed to do business. read more

Have a very mixed review on this place. I didn't have to wait long at all which was nice (they take walk in customers), but the guy who did my nails was not very friendly, even when I tried to strike up conversation or thanked him. Did did a FANTASTIC job on the nails themselves. I'll insert a picture of what they look like now (a week after my appointment and they look new still). However, while filing my nails he filed so hard he made me bleed on my ring finger pretty profusely. When I pointed it out to him, he didn't care or apologize. Then when I went to pay (it's $19 for a fill which is what I got), I held up a $5 bill and asked for change in ones, she said she didn't have any. I find that hard to believe, I suspect they just wanted a larger tip and didn't want to break my five. I will go back because my nails look awesome and better than other expensive places in the Keys that I've tried (I'm a local), but other than that, not fantastic service or friendliness. read more

I was with my daughter on vacation and went in to get my nails done and a possible pedicure well I had my nails done but decided not to do the pedicure because my daughter was ready to go and I did not want to keep her waiting so I was on the fence if I was going to just do a polish on my toes turned out that my daughter surprise me by paying for the bill I found out that she paid for a full pedicure I asked the girl that I wasn't having a pedicure but I just wanted to have a polish on the toes she argued with me and said no your daughter paid for the pedicure while my daughter was surprised of the charge and I did not want her to pay that much so we asked for them to take off the pedicure they said they could not this girl proceeded to argue with me the result ended not good because I did not get my toes polish after all of this my daughter overpaid for I believe they also charge for the Polish and I ask to give her some cash back bad business in my opinion how can you tell me they never voided a transaction before? And what kind of business is that and she argued with me it's not the nail techs fault the girl that I had was fine she did a good job but watch out because they try to charge you everything even when you don't want it not good business in my opinion... So this place is terrible. Myself along with 4 other girls came in to get our nails done for a wedding. As soon as we walked in, the owner (Im guessing, since she was the one giving orders) seemed annoyed to have us there. I sat down to get my nails painted, showed the lady a picture of what I had in mind (simple nude color with some glitter) and she started painting my nails. She didnt even paint all of the nail! You could clearly tell that the edges of the nail werent painted (by the cuticle) and when she put the top coat on it didnt cover the nail completely. This meant that there were raised "edges" on the surface of my nail. Well, those edges started catching on things and ended up chipping off - this happened to all of us. On top of that, the pedicure buckets, or whatever they are called, looked like the were growing brown mold. Anyway, I wouldnt go here at all. read more

Is place deserves ZERO stars! I have never had such an awful pedicure in my life. To start, the place is dirty and the staff incredibly unprofessional. Despite this, I decided to give them a chance since it was the closest place to key colony beach. The "teenager" who was assigned to do my pedicure did not even know how to cut my nails! This process literally took 15 minutes and I get pedicures religiously every 2 weeks. Then, when the little girl began to work on my cuticles she cut me multiple times and when I asked her to use her cuticle tool to get the dead skin etc., from under my nails she had no idea what I was talking about. Then, the color I picked was lumpy and after she painted my nails with clumps all over them she then decided to start over and add thinner to the polish. Well, it wasn't the polish, it was the girl applying it. I could have done a better job myself, I agree with the previous reviewer in that she did not even apply to the base of my nail at he cuticle with the first color and then did just as terrible when I asked her to use another color. She literally left my nails with huge clumps of polish and asked me if I was happy and when I told her they looked terrible, she just walked away! When I told the owner they said she would redo it for me. Seriously!?! Spare yourself and go somewhere else. read more
