She personally redid my nails and was extremely careful and attentive. The second experience was much better, and I appreciated how seriously they took the situation and made it right. I'm very particular about nail care, and Bettye consistently exceeds expectations. Bettye is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented. My nails last about a month, never chip, and my pedicures last beautifully too. The quality of her work is exceptional and far exceeds places I've gone in the Keys. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I always appreciate the little touches like offering drinks and snacks while you're there. It feels less like an appointment and more like visiting people who genuinely care about their clients. One thing I especially appreciate about Bettye is how accommodating she is. She stays booked for a reason, but if an emergency comes up she always tries to fit me in, or connect me with someone she trusts. That says a lot about her professionalism and how much she values her customers. I also appreciate the specials and discounts they offer, which is a nice bonus, but I keep coming back because of the quality, consistency, and service. I trust Bettye completely and will continue going to Dreams and Nails as long as I live in the Keys.
