The employees spend a lot more time interacting with each other than the customers. The worst part though, is after spending over $150 my nails immediately began chipping and breaking. I've been getting dip mani for years and almost never have chipping or breaking. This time it began the very next day. When I went back they acted as if they were going to fix them then charged me full price for another terrible job. They are thin and weak and I doubt they will last the week. Somehow I thought I had gotten "really good" at doing it myself, but that was delusional. So this was my first professional cut since then and I'm SOOOOO happy!!! Jaimie, the receptionist is also a doll! She fit me in last minute and her hair looks great too! They also offer facial waxing. Will probably get my brows done next time. For my wedding, I asked for a subtle ombré French tip and showed reference photos. Instead, I received bright white tips with uneven thickness. Some nails had longer white tips than others, with harsh lines and little to no ombré. I decided to give them another chance for my baby shower and again showed multiple photos of a nude French. The first attempt resulted in solid white dip nails, and my natural nails were filed down excessively. When I pointed this out, they redid them, but had to add length to my nails, which I wanted to avoid, and the second set looked even worse. What was most concerning was that one nail was filed so thin it reached the skin and caused a burning sensation. Even after I expressed discomfort, the area continued to be filed. Despite all of this, I was still charged $115. Both visits felt rushed, and I did not feel that my requests were followed. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this salon.
