However, I was shocked to learn that cutting cuticles and lotion were not included in a dip powder manicure, and would be an additional $10. I had already spent $70 on my manicure. This has always been included in other places, and seemed to me that not including cuticle cutting in a dip powder manicure is just not doing a complete job and leaves the nails looking half done and unclean. I would recommend but ask up front what is included in the service you're receiving

My check-in process was seamless and they took me 5 mins early. Henry was my nail tech and he wasted no time getting to work. He was friendly and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had the most perfect manicure. He was meticulous about shape and provided some scented cuticle oil at the end that left me moisturized and glowing. When I explained my concerns to the manager, he responded that he "can't just throw out a line because of a few customers," despite admitting their OPI gels "sometimes do this." When I returned about a month later, I was told I should have come back sooner, even though no one warned me this was a known issue with the product. Had I known, I would have chosen a different brand instead of spending $95 and my time on something defective. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and untrustworthy. Despite showing him a design I wanted, he insisted on doing French nails instead. If he couldn't do the design it was no big deal but just say that instead of trying to convince me to get the complete opposite of what I wanted. After politely declining and asking for someone else to do the design he repeatedly refused, claiming that nobody else could. In the end, he hastily applied a sloppy version of the design, and I paid $85 for subpar service. This was a stark departure from my usual positive experiences at the salon over the past three years. Tommy's behavior was unprofessional and rude, and unfortunately, it has soured my view of the salon. I won't be returning due to this, and I'm really sad and disappointed because I loved coming here.

This is the only nail salon in the area that I have visited as often and don't mind spending more on my nails as I know they're done right here.
