Horrible company. I ordered a refrigerated product. When you place the order normally, they force…read more2-day shipping and place in an insulated bag, ensuring it's good when it gets to you. When you place a subscription order, they force USPS (week-long) shipping and do *not* use an insulated bag - resulting in spoiled product. They refused to refund, saying it's still good warm for two weeks. First of all, where's your proof - second, if it's so good, why won't you take it back? Had to deal with an AI chatbot before needing to call customer support anyway. Additionally - they shipped two subscription items I previously tried to cancel, then made me pay for shipping to return the product. I'll never shop with them again.
