He told me that they would be under warranty so when I spoke with their office, I was told no one could get out here until next Thursday, 7 days from now. I have NO water and that was their response. We have horses and animal to care for. Then I was informed that even if the tanks are under warranty, they still charge for trip and installation. Horrible customer service. The well company that was on site said "if I had installed these, and they failed, I would never charge to do it again". Needless to say, this is another reason we choose to not ever use these guys again.
