Would have chosen no stars if it was an option. Mike gave the WORST customer service. He made us wait 2 hours before barely discussing details about tattoo. He was less than enthusiastic about doing the job. He finished in about 30 min and clearly put minimal effort into the tattoo. When we attempted to discuss what could be added to make it better he was extremely arrogant and refused to work with us. Damn I was actually surprised at some of these negative reviews BECAUSE I had the best time at cactus. I went around 630 pm on a Saturday night and there wasn't any other customers in there so I was stoked because I didn't have an appointment. TOMMY did my tattoo and I would go back to him in a second. You can tell he loves his job and is happy to be at work. I felt like I knew him for years after sitting there with him trying to figure out the details of my tattoo. Yes it's a little strange walking into the shop because the people here are very rowdy, but it's something to get used to or you can just ignore it. The guy with the beard ( not Bear) is really funny and makes the experience a little more enjoyable. I got my tattoo done by TITO and he was amazing. Never have I felt more comfort when getting tattooed , this was my third. I was skeptical at first but he did a great job and was very friendly. If you can ignore what's going on behind you then you should come here I HIGHLY recommend Tito. Also they keep clean, I would say about 20 minutes between every person is used to get new materials out and they do it right infront of you not like some other sketch places. read more

Wow so there are some reviews on here that aren't so great, and I don't understand them. My day started with driving to multiple tattoo shops just to have everyone in each shop be extremely rude to me, causing me to just walk out. Some one had texted me and told me to try out Cactus Tattoo and it was the BEST THING I EVER DID! I walked in and everyone jumped up and tried to help. They were so nice, listened to everything I had to say, asked a bunch of questions, then tried to help me find the right font ( I got a song lyric tattooed on both wrists ), and even let us pick the music for the shop. They gave me a really reasonable price for it all, which I just couldn't refuse. Ray Corona was the perfect man for the job. He quickly made up a stencil and once he laid it on my wrists, he let me inspect them to make sure I was happy with how it looked, the spacing, positioning and everything. After I pointed out my likes and dislikes, he fixed it until I was completely happy with it. The entire time he worked on me he was very nice, thoughtful, clean, reassuring, and very gentle. He often went back to check on the previous letters to make sure the lines were even and everything looked good. I had the best time just joking and chatting it up with him. After everything was finished, he gave me all of the care instructions, told me what sort of soaps to avoid, and told me what to expect until I fully understood. Before I left, I showed him my awful and embarrassing done-when-I-was-sixteen tattoo on my foot... He pointed out the flaws, then told me how the guy who did it was completely awful and that he took advantage of me. I completely agreed. He told me if I wanted to come back, he'd completely fix it up and make it look nice for a pretty reasonable price... Needless to say, I'M GOING BACK! I'm so thrilled with everyone there and my two beautiful tattoos. They're just gorgeous and I just can't wait to go back and get more work done by him. The whole experience was way better than I could have ever hoped. I seriously recommend Cactus Tattoo to ANYONE who is even THINKING about getting a tattoo done! read more
