I left and she yelled at me on the way out. I never yelled or raised my voice only tried to explain that it was way too much and I would pay after the massage. I recently scheduled a massage for my husband, and unfortunately, on the day it was scheduled, our grandmother passed away. Cancelling a massage was not even a thought. I called to reschedule his appointment (for his birthday) and explained the situation. They informed me that they (the manager) could not transfer the package and that we needed to pay full price. I have never missed an appointment nor been late. Needless to say, I am frustrated with their customer service, as there was no forgiveness or willingness to work with my situation. It's also interesting to mention that on the day prior to my grandmother passing, they canceled an appointment for me because the massage therapist called in sick. This isn't a 2 way street.

The reviews on Groupon were great so of course I purchased the special! You must make an appointment, great! As soon as I purchased the Groupon, I called and left a message. This was Saturday evening. They're closed on Sunday so I patiently waited until Monday morning to call again. I called once Monday morning, no answer. Once more a couple hours later and a frantic woman answered the call. I told her I purchased a Groupon and wanted to make an appointment. She told me she was driving and would call me right back. Odd... So I waited an hour. Two hours. Several hours. No response. I really need my nails done! So I got in touch with Groupon and they offered me a trade in value for my purchase. Thank God my money was not wasted! I traded in for a different nail salon and now I have an appointment with a different place. The Nail Spot will never get a recommendation from me. I STILL have not received a phone call back from this lady after my 3 calls to her. My business must not be important. Side note: I did some extensive research after the fact and the owner (might be a one woman show) is extremely abrasive on social media! Her name is Gini Love and she attacks people on their comment threads if they have something bad to say about her nail salon. It's mortifying!
