Honest Review of My Experience at OOB Donuts - Olive Branch I've been a loyal customer of OOB Donuts for a while now, and while the food is consistently fresh and the atmosphere welcoming, I need to speak honestly about something that's been bothering me. There is one employee who has repeatedly treated me with coldness and disrespect. I've tried to give grace, even voiced my concerns in the past, but instead of improvement, I've been met with dismissiveness. Every time I walk in, I feel brushed off--like my presence is an inconvenience. It's disheartening, especially when I've come in with kindness and respect. As a trans person, I'm no stranger to subtle forms of exclusion. I'm not saying this treatment is rooted in bias--but I am saying it's unprofessional, and it makes me question whether all customers are being treated equally. I'm sharing this not to tear down a business I've supported, but to advocate for basic dignity. Every customer deserves to be greeted with respect, regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this seriously and fosters a culture where kindness isn't selective. The donuts are great. The energy from most of the staff is warm. My aunt and I visited this establishment yesterday afternoon. The service was great. The employees were wearing masks and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. We ordered an assorted half-dozen of donuts- two glazed, two crumb cake, one red velvet and one cinnamon sugar. The young lady who was working even threw in a few donut holes. The cinnamon sugar donut was more dry than I expected and I probably wouldn't order it again on a future visit. The flavoring of the red velvet donut was a little off in my opinion. I think it might have been better with a cream cheese frosting or glaze. The glazed and crumb cake donuts were the best out of what we ordered. I will probably visit again in the future. read more

so I've been coming here for about a year and a half and they always have the freshest donuts. unfortunately, some of their workers are not always as attentive. This morning I was in a huge rush and just needed a Dozen for my event. There was no line or any customers waiting. yet one Of the Caucasian workers with shorter hair just continued to have a private conversation while I waited for about 5 minutes. This place has amazing donuts. But if you go check your receipt! They say they're going to throw some in for you and they charge you for them. I didnt ask for them. The last 2 times I went I felt like they overcharged me. This time I checked the receipt and they charged me 5 dollars for 6 assorted donuts. I only asked for 2 glazed and she "threw in" 4 more. This little doughnut shop opened about a month ago. I've been in twice, once for doughnut holes for a class party (he had them bagged up and ready in anticipation for the party orders) and another time for some glazed doughnuts. Both were really good. His doughnuts are heavier than some I've had. He also had some breakfast croissants and what I would think are pigs in a blanket. You walk in to a little store front with a several tables, a little coffee and hot chocolate bar. On the opposite side a refrigerator with drinks. I was greeted by the owner who was very charming. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and puts a little love in every batch of doughnuts. I left with doughnuts and a little piece of his heart.
