Having them fresh like this is why my hubbs now likes to zap his in the microwave a little before eating them. In store, I like watching the donuts on the conveyer belt though it does bum me out how many end up in the giant trash can at the end of it. A worker said they used to be donated but they're now all thrown away instead... which I think they should seriously reconsider. We tried the Fourth of July box but I wasn't fond of it. Every time I have ever been here, the employees are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by doing the job they are paid to do.

We don't get donuts often but typically will for a birthday breakfast celebration. No more from this location. They did not have the new basketball donuts which was disappointing but we can deal. All the assorted donuts we ordered were stale. We ordered some chocolate with sprinkles. The sprinkles were the St Patrick's colors. Doesn't take a genius to know they were days old. When I pulled up to the drive thru - no biggie a note on the menu that once you make your decision for your order pull to the window to place it. Less than 1 star. Horrible service and manager in the back doing nothing. Just left this poorly run place. We stood there at the counter for 15 min before anyone ever even talked to us and NO ONE was in the store except for us. Then after we finally got the donuts no one would check us out. We just left this location expecting to get our annual free glazed donut for wearing costumes due to it being Halloween. Our family unloaded to head in. The door read, "Please remove Scary Masks." If you can get a donut they're good. Good luck though. The speaker is awful. You have to yell and you'll barely be able to hear them. They're out of things a lot. The all chocolate donuts look good, but they only do them once a month and they've been out every single time I've tried to get them, which has been like 4x now, and this has been hours before they close. I think they're a gimmick and they don't make many maybe? Tonight they were out of *everything* except for three donuts, they didn't even have plain glazed. I'd say about 30% of my last visits I've had to stop right after leaving to go in and get the box fixed, because they can't hear (previously mentioned bad speaker) so they'll give you the wrong things.
