Staff appeared untrained, management seemed absent, and simple processes took far longer than they should have. What was most concerning was the repeated illegal solicitation and inappropriate sales tactics directed toward customers. It created an aggressive atmosphere that felt unethical and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously inflated for the level of service and quality provided-unless unhinged of sale. Customers are paying premium rates for substandard conditions, poor communication, and an overall frustrating experience during illegal practice. Between the cleanliness issues, questionable business practices, disorganized operations, and unreasonable pricing, I would not recommend this establishment to others. They will "befriend" you, but always at cost.

The menu is on the wall and they have some laminated paper menus if that is your flavor. They have pork chops, chicken, ribs and a wide assortment of sides such as mac and cheese, dressing and fried corn. They also have desserts that include cobblers and sweet potato pie. You place your order through a small tinted glass window, but it is difficult to hear because the music is banging. I liked the music personally, but it was a bit too loud. You pick your order up from a small window to the left of the one that you placed your order. I order a fried pork chop diner with stuffing and sweet potatoes. Like i said, they do not have dine-in, so I had to take it to-go. It was smelling so good that I could not make it and pulled over at a park and chowed down. The pork chops were delicious, as well as the sweet potatoes. The stuffing was ok, definitely not my fav. Since I was there and had no dinner plans, I ordered another meal for later. I got the fried chicken diner with the greens and cabbage mix and the potato salad. The entire dinner was delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned fresh. The greens and cabbage mix.....wow......I should have gotten a tub of it. I am still thinking about it. The potato salad is mustard based and was packed with flavor. I did have to wait a very long time for my food, but I know that you can't rush perfection. I would highly recommend placing your order online (you won't have the loud music drowning you out) or call it in. Soul food is hard to come by, and good soul food is even harder. According to the movie starring Vanessa Williams, soul food cures all and brings a family together. I thought that was a myth until I ate the food here. This food could stop wars. Most customers visit the shop to, as the name suggests, get themselves connected with mobile service - and to purchase tobacco products. While I'm happy with my service with AT&T, I had a strong desire for very specific tobacco products. As one who recently returned from the Middle East, I was craving a good shisha. A friend of mine mentioned that this shop carried a wide array of hookahs, hookah supplies, and plenty of shisha tobacco. Being relatively close to my home, I thought I'd give this local smokeshop a shot prior to turning to Amazon. I'm glad I did, hence the five-star review. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the store's owner, Muhammad. I explained that I was looking for a non-Chinese made hookah. While he carries many inexpensive, Chinese-made pipes, he also had a large selection of Egyptian-made ones. Once I made my selection, Muhammad threw in a bunch of extras like coals, tongs, and several boxes of Middle Eastern shishas. Upon smoking the pipe, I found it to be of equal quality of those used by local hookah bars. I'm a very satisfied customer of Get Connected Wireless and Smokeshop. Overall, the value of the product I had been buying has been great! The shipping is usually always the worst part because it never arrives on time but that's not at the fault of the company necessarily and the delivery lag was one or two days later than the ETA. Things were still a little more bearable. Until... In July I ordered a batch of my usual product - 3000 MG Double Stacks (Grape and Green Apple). The batch delivered was a dud. Nothing wrong with that, it happens. I reached out via email thinking that some AI system was going to use key words to address my issue but it turns out I got an actual person. GREAT! I LOVE that. Who doesn't? My request simply stated that I had been consuming the gummies and gaining no benefit from them. I provided the quantity I had and the time of which I waited to gain the desired effect. As it turns out, their response was very condescending and implied that I was looking for a hand out. The gentleman stated in the email that they couldn't replace it and instead advised me that when I order another under my profile, they would include another of the same at no cost to me. Well I made my order and two things happened. 1. The product shipped later than usual and on the order receipt they took the liberty of underlining the product description for me and circled the quantity of 1. 2. Only the one product was delivered. Needless to say, I think I am going to go back to ordering Deadables. If you haven't heard from them, these guys are just as good, they last a lot longer but sometimes their product is unavailable and I'd rather deal with that than this level of incompetence.
