I love this place. I am still very new to cigars and no very little so I ask the who I soon to be the owner lots of questions every time I go in there and he is more than happy to answer my questions. The only reason I would give this place less than four stars probably closer to two stars is because of the lady working there. She's just kind of rude every time I go in there and I have learned not to ask her questions and she just seems annoyed every time I'm in there but then talks to other people very pleasantly and happily so I don't know if she just has a problem with me or what it is but everyone else there is fantastic. I don't know if the prices are good honestly, I haven't been anywhere else cause there really isn't any other options in Indianapolis so this is my go to spot and I've gotten nothing but good recommendations from the guys in there and hopefully the lady that works there gets a better attitude. It sucks going in somewhere that you enjoy and somebody kind of sours it so when she's not there, it's always a much better experience. She also seems pretty new, I'd be shocked when she's been working there for a walk, but she also knows nothing about cigars at all so not worth asking her. Any questions if you do go. Not trying to make this a negative review but I'm just being honest with my experience and I've had in there but the guys working there do such a great job. I couldn't give them less than five stars, but that lady deserves a solid one star because that's as low as you can do. And just a piece of advice please don't make faces every time somebody ask you something or talk to you. It's very rude. And I can see you making faces at me like I can see it like I don't know if you think that I can't see you making faces or you rolling your eyes or huffing under your breath like I can see and hear all those things so just keep that in mind when you're serving customers. Cause I'm sorry your job is not difficult. Literally all you do is stand there and check people out like that's literally it. Sorry I didn't get that off my chest, again. She's the only person that just rubs me the wrong way that works there. Everybody else is great. read more

This is the spot! Stop considering it and just go. the inside is taken care of with a professional, clean polish. The air was clean and I left with little "cigar" smell. The service is top notch, with excellent bartenders. The staff is also very knowledgeable on their products and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect piece. I like this place. It's tiny and stuffed full of cigars/ cigarettes/ other smoking related items but I usually go there for cans of Coke (silly, maybe, but it's a place I can walk right in, grab a Coke, pay, and walk out.) I initially started going there because you can buy cigar boxes for $2. This is great for crafting or unique storage ideas. read more

Me and my brother were going looking for a butane torch for our dad because his broke. It was close to closing time when we went in so we knew it was going to be a rush. We walked in and the the clerk told us to make it quick which we responded with "not a problem". We had a question about the torch but a couple was ahead of us so we were going to wait but we decided that we would come back another time that way we weren't so stressed for time so we decided we were going to leave and we started leaving out the door and he said to the couple "that we don't have what they're looking for because they are looking for paraphernalia" as we were walking through the door. We believe this was racial profiling, whether it was or not, to assume what a customer is looking for is not ok. read more

I have vices in my life! I love good food, I love wine, scotch, bourbon, vodka, tequila , beer and any other unusual liquor that may come my way and I must say I LOVE my cigars!!!! This happens to be a great little hole in the wall shop. With quite a good selection of premium cigars at the best prices in the central Indiana area. I come from a long line of cigar aficionados. My great grandfather owned and ran a cigar store in Aversa Italy. My Grandfather, after coming to this country opened up a cigar store on Federal Hill in Providence RI rolling his own cigars. I still have the first cigar my father ever rolled as a child. I guess you didn't need to know all that but it was fun thinking about it. That said I really appreciate a good cigar. The guys here at Tobacco outlet are alway pleasant always helpful when asked for suggestions and always keep their cigars at optimal temp and humidity. The walk-in humidor in the back is pretty small, but the entire store is filled with glass case humidors. They have a really nice selection of premium cigars, and the guys working are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices can be a touch on the high side, and they don't typically carry any hard to find sticks, but I still drop in once a week or so to see what's new. I didn't expect a place called "Tobacco Outlet" in a strip mall next to a porno store, a liquor store and a check cashing place at 86th and Michigan to have much in the way of premium cigars. But give this place a shot. You'll be pleasantly surprised at what awaits on the inside. read more

I have been going to tobacco outlet for sometime now and I mentioned to Kenny that in a couple of weeks I would be in to make a big purchase of tobacco and tubes to take advantage of my spot on points.
