They were so honest , and felt so bad with the diagnosis of the truck , they wouldn't even except the diagnostic payment of $90 I was supposed to pay , and even added oil to my grandson's truck for free. I insisted on giving them money for the oil and the gal finally said OK five dollars. I definitely recommend Sanchez auto and transmission.

Something was wrong with my starter, which I had never heard of, so he popped the hood to show me. Even though he did not know where the starter was in the make and model of my car he helped me look for it and explained what it did. I think car repair companies get a lot of negative reviews on Yelp because, frankly, repairing cars is expensive and it's easy to feel crummy! Don't let the less than perfect score on Yelp deter you, it seemed to me that the workers of Bob's Auto Repair are honest and considerate.

I had it back about a week before I had to fill the power steering fluid. When I called because he hadn't fixed the issue, he said a power steering hose must now be the culprit and I could bring it in 5 days later to fix that SEPARATE issue. I did not because how do you change an entire pump but don't check the hoses? Or offer to fix the problem you already charged me for? I will definitely be taking the car in to someone else to check the power steering out again.
