When I was able to get a clear look of how wrong it was I contacted Luke. He said he could fix it after it had healed. Once it was healed I contacted him again. He took the stance "let the buyer beware. It will cost hundreds of dollars and several trips to Syracuse to have it removed. I will eventually get it redone by someone who can draw a circle.
