The salon was beautiful. Rachel has a quiet room back behind the front desk. It was a dark lit room with candle light. Soft music was played during my service helping me ease into a state of relaxation. My favorite part of the treatment was the arm and hand massage. Sooo relaxing and enjoyable. I really felt like my skin was glowing after this treatment. If I had an abundance of cash I would be visiting Rachel on a monthly basis! But as of now, facials are a bit out of my price range. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
