He found a few screens that are beyond their life, which is understandable. I have 10 windows and they are done with the windows in just under 3 hours. We got other bids and Crocodile was the best for the services he would provide. Josh and his employee came out the next day and did all of our windows, inside and out, and pressure washed our second story areas with moss. They did an excellent job. I had Josh and his partner out on Tuesday to Powerwash my roof and clean my solar panels. Once arriving to my house Josh informed me that he could not honor the price he agreed to and would have to charge me an extra $200. I had other bids that were lower and could have scheduled them if I would have known Josh was going to pull a quick one. I agreed to the increase but was disappointed that he had not researched the property enough to give an accurate price. I sent him the address a week before so he had ample time to look up the house on google maps if he had any questions. Not only did they damage my spanish tile roof, they broke the weatherstripping on 3 of my garage doors. They also broke one of the grids on the windows of the garage door then placed it back so I wouldn't notice that it was broken. I gave Josh plenty of opportunity to take responsibility for the damage but he refused and said he would not pay for any of the damage. I would not recommend them to anyone. I called Crocodile pressure washing and window cleaning service because I had some nasty green moss growing on my chimney. Josh explained that it was actually Lichen, and it occurs when spores land on the stucco, and then the sunlight promotes its growth. First he treated it with a very strong bleach solution, and then he proceeded to go up on a very high ladder to pressure wash it away. It looked about 80% better, but it wasn't 100%. Josh said because it had been there for several years, he would need to soak it some more with the bleach solution to kill the lichen, and then come back in a few days to wash it away. Even though he did 80% of the job, he didn't ask for any payment, and only required payment when the job was completed. This man runs an honest business, and stands by his work. A + read more

I've used Crocodile a few times over the years and have had great results, but this last time was a bit disappointing. They were supposed to arrive at 12 noon, but didn't show up until after 3pm - there was no way he was going to be able to clean our awnings and outside windows. So, as it got dark (and dangerous) he left and said he would be back two days later...ended up being three days later and, again, late afternoon...so late you wouldn't be able to do a good job in the dark. A few of the awnings still had green moss on them and we had to call him back to correct it. I had to point out areas he just didn't bother doing. I felt after pointing this out three times and letting the owner know, that the owner would have stopped by to ensure it got done properly. He left a mess on our deck and backyard. The customer service was lacking and communication was not good. It all just felt rushed and "squeezed in." I hope this was just a one-off as I will try them again - want to give them the benefit of the doubt. read more
