#1-Dennis actually answered the phone when I called. #2-Came on time for the quote. #3-Explained exactly how he would clean the windows on the second story. #4-Was able to come the same week. #5-Arrived on time with Maria and they both got to work. #6-Friendly and professional people. #7-My windows & tracks are clean and I'm very happy with the job they did. Dennis would've cleaned my screens, but they are old and brittle, so he brushed the dirt off instead of washing to avoid tearing the screen. #8-They also cleaned four ceiling to floor mirrored closet doors upon, my last minute request. #9-Their charge was fair! The first time we've had our windows cleaned since we replaced them 4 years ago. Holy cow! What a difference. I had no idea they were this dirty until you see them clean. Messaged Dennis through yelp and he was very quick to respond, he gave me a reasonable estimate range based on the info I told him. And we booked a time. He and Maria arrived right on time, we did a walk around to scope out the house and they went to work. They were probably done in about 1.5hrs (inside and outside cleaning including screens) I found out they can also do shower glass with chemicals to break up the hard water stains. Which I will definitely utilise next time. Highly recommended. The photos don't do it justice explicitly because you can't see the glass now! read more
