Presently they have new great instructors Zoelle, Jeff B, Danielle, Luis, Cassie and New managers Eddy and Jill. They've been so helpful and encouraging!! They've been giving us different kinds of challenges every month. This month they helped me with my goal 'to be confident N believe in yourself !' They had a special going for $20, three classes and a free pair of boxing gloves. The staff upon entering the facility are very helpful. You check in using there tablet when you walk in. Workouts start promptly at whatever time you come in for. It begins with a warmup for about 15min that kicks your butt. After the warm up I had hoped we were done haha. Being a newbie, the instructor was very helpful in showing me the moves and made sure I understood the routine. Overall, I left this place exhausted and sweaty but felt great and accomplished. Next time I'm in town I look forward to coming back using my next two sessions. Great workout, good time, and very rewarding!

But, I kept getting charged, even though I couldn't participate. I contacted the owner via email and he kept referencing their "policy" and refused to refund the money. After doing some research, this seems common practice for this business. It's a shame bc the people who work there are really cool. I would not recommend this business.

I'm a longtime PT myself and we'd been talking about it as something he might like so I thought I'd surprise him for his bday. I initially called to inquire before Thanksgiving and was told that it's something they do and that there would be a sale after T day, and I should give them my email and they would send details so I did and nothing came. Waited til "cyber- Monday" to call back at which point despite saying EXACTLY what I wanted 3 PT boxing session as a gift for someone who was interested in trying it out I was greeted with more hesitation because their " training packs are 6 & 12" I stated "that's fine but I don't want that I want Pt sessions" Then I asked if I would need to purchase equipment or if equipment is included "Well that depends on the trainer and what they decide to do if they want to focus on strength training" NO! repeated that I was looking for someone to do private BOXING sessions I KNEW what I wanted. "Well then you can rent wraps or maybe buy them it's up to you" Legit the fact that the staff can't literally TaKE MY MONEY Made me be like "yeah, I'll look elsewhere" Makes me sad. Have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and what seems like solid independent gyms, end up getting swallowed by big chains cause exchanges like this should be a no brainer How you do one thing is how you do EVERYTHING So if this is the first impression, I can't imagine it gets a whole lot better

It's impossible to make that kind of commitment without experiencing a class first. The policy felt unwelcoming and sales-driven. If you're looking for an authentic Muay Thai experience rooted in respect, humility, and tradition, this may not be the right place.
