I get compliments on my microbladed eyebrows all the time. My eyeliners look natural. Yes, there is pain and discomfort throughout the process but Nazie is generous with the numbing medication and frequently checks your comfort level the whole time. If you're a sissy, moves, or fidgets with pain then I recommend multiple touch up sessions or be prepared for a long session. Numbing medication doesn't kick in until the skin is broken so tough it out until it starts working.

They said that I could get the service the same day, I had my consultation in fact. I've been out of the state and I saw last pilot on Groupon giving a brow service which is I think called Nano brows it's a tattoo process, for a much lower price than their $700 starting price. For me that was perfect. It expires in May and I am coming through town in Santa Monica and I tried to reach them. I got the person who thanked me on my last review when I had my free consultation before. Her name was Tram. Today was a completely different story. I don't know what happened between the time I was there and now. Maybe this company sold to somebody else and they are not handling things well and certainly not treating people who have a Groupon the same as their high paying customers. First of all the phone tree is this automated thing you have to press one or two to get to either Santa Monica or Newport I pressed one and got the same person . Kept informing me that they didn't have any appointments with the person that does the brows. I told her I had a Groupon. She just kept putting me off and saying the person will be available because they're moving. It was pretty much BS. What it really was they put a group on out that they did not want to honor. I go to refund now through Groupon but this place at least the one in Santa Monica used to be really great I think it's really gone downhill if it even exists anymore. If they could have done my brows I would have given them a high rating because when I was in there the first time they treated me like gold I think that things have changed.

Parking on a Wednesday at noon was very tough - luckily I pulled into a spot that was JUST vacated. I thought it was going to be very difficult to find the spa since there's many businesses in the building but I found it quite quickly. I was greeted right away and stepped into a soothing waiting area with plants, a water cooler, essential oils and meditative music. Once Jen whisked me away to the facial room, I was surprised to see a cute little creek running outside with lots of greenery. Who knew this was here!? After a double mastectomy due to breast cancer, areola/nipple tattooing was the final step in my healing journey. After my first session, one areola was noticeably smaller than the other, oval instead of round, and positioned higher than the other. I sent Debbie a picture of this, and she said we'd address it in the second session. The second session put the areola in a better position, but the shape is still "off" and the nipple is too high (not centered). Debbie said she couldn't move the nipple position. After struggling with this for 4 months since the second session, I requested a full refund, but she instead offered to have me return for more work. I then asked for at least a 50% refund, but she still said I should come back for more work. After two clearly unsuccessful sessions, I have zero confidence in Debbie's work or her ability to fix this. I'll now be seeing a different tattoo specialist in this area to correct Debbie's subpar work. What made the experience even more difficult was that during my first appointment, Debbie spent most of the two-hour session talking non-stop about her recent trips, her back issues, the history of her practice and her personal life struggles (complete with tears!). As someone dealing with the emotions of a difficult cancer journey, I found her lack of sensitivity deeply disturbing. This was a procedure that required compassion and focus, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I was so emotionally exhausted after that first session that I had to sit in my car for quite a while before I felt capable of driving. Debbie wears special medical eyeglasses, so she doesn't have to bend over and strain her back while doing her work. I can't help thinking the glasses are altering her depth perception, and that's why one of my tattoos turned out so distorted. Be careful when getting sensitive work done by Debbie. The emotional stress this has caused me has been overwhelming.

I saw her for a touch up of a camaflouge tattoo that I had really loved in the past. I couldn't see the white scar that I had from removing a mole. However, on my last visit over 1 year ago, I paid 150 for a touch up, then I looked in the mirror immediately after and told her that I was unhappy, that it looked like a cigarette burn. She told me it was my skin. That this happens over time. I asked her to remove it to which we made an appointment. When I showed up she told me she didn't have the light she needed to see and that I should go have this cut out by a plastic surgeon. I went to go see Dr. Elstrom, who then told me this was clearly a bad tattoo. He said it would look worse to cut it out. So I called Debbie and asked her to please remove the tattoo. She said she would but would need to charge me 250. I paid and had her do her work. Then I was left with a white spot and an even clearer black ring. She said she would no longer work with me as she couldn't make me happy. That led me to a further search to which I am so grateful! 2 weeks ago I went to see Emily with Camo Beauty and I am thrilled! Go to her page to see the final results. I didn't want to post them here as I didn't want any confusion as to who deserves the credit! Debbie, I am so disappointed in the work you did, and the poor advise you gave. Thankfully I didn't get this scar cut out per your suggestion, and thankfully there are true experts who care, not just milking the money, but have true expertise and a desire to fix whatever problem occurred!
