But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. Unfortunately, the quality this time was very poor. I later found out they were not planning to charge me for the repair, but I was fully expecting to pay either way. It honestly felt like they did not put much effort into the service because it was going to be free. Instead of repairing the messy overflow into my cuticle, they gave me a buffer to repair myself. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time.
