So it turns out they double charged because they didn't take pending payments into consideration. They also charged me for an extra person and take a day to respond to emails as I'm still awaiting to hear back about something as simple as charging me for too many people. All in all just be aware that you will get better bang for the buck by going through a limo company yourself and calling the breweries (which are listed on their website) yourself. Do not purchase the samples for $30 a person beforehand too because the flight at the first brewery was $10 and the second was $8. I had to call pretending to book a new tour just to finally get ahold of someone and demand a refund. If I can describe OC Brewery Tours in one word, it would have to be quality. From the limousine pickups to the tours themselves. We had called Ryan to set up a tour for me and 10 of my closest friends for my birthday to do a tour of Orange County Breweries. We were picked at 12 Noon on the dot. The limousine was chilled to a perfect 75 degrees, and even an auxiliary cord to plug in our music for the limousine. Our 1 o'clock appointment at Four Sons Brewery in Huntington Beach was insane! Once we were there, we were given a grand tour of this local brewery. Tried the beers in samples and had a good time. Took plenty of pictures and the girls were happy. From there, we went to Barley Forge in Costa Mesa. Within the first 10 minutes, the bartenders had our sample shooters ready with some delectable food samples. Was very pleased at this point to say the least. Played connect four and cards at the brewery. After an hour or so of this brewery, we went to our next and last stop at Bootleggers!! All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Ryan and his team for an unforgettable experience, will definitely be rebooking for my birthday next year. Highly highly highly recommended! For any orange country natives, we all know weekends can get boring and there isn't a ton to do unless you go to LA or SD but this was something new and different and seriously SO MUCH FUN! I haven't found anything like it in Orange County. Everything from the experience of the limo that drove us around, to the quality of the beers at the breweries, to the excellent service given by our limo driver, John, and the owner, Ryan.... Basically this is a glorified uber. I booked this to surprise my husband for his birthday. Our reservation was for a group of four. Upon payment it tells you it averages to $120 per person because we added the additional tour and the mug. I was so excited. Limo arrived and it seemed promising. Arrived at the first brewery (Four sons brewery) and they not only weren't expecting us, but the kicker-- you have to pay for your beer flights there. What the....? Obviously confused, we called Ryan at OC Brewing Tours and yes, that is correct, you pay additional money for the actual beer. They prefer not to consider themselves an upscale uber, but that is exactly what they are. Even the person we talked to at Four sons said he hates this company because people always come in with false expectations of how it works. You're paying $120 PER PERSON to take a limo is basically what this all boils down to. Such a disappointment. read more

And Hopefully one day you will become an honest person and actually state facts rather than lies something that customers appreciate. 1- It was not a week prior it was Wednesday when I had said I only had 7 so far, that is only 3 days before which we still had the rest of the evening to get the total of 15 that I had RSVP'd for, specific time is not mentioned on your website or anywhere. Look into putting it on your website, it will save you another headache and possibly a lawsuit. 2- I did not arrive 30 mins. late, you and I had an agreement that it would start from 6:30 rather than 6 and I showed up at 6:15 and all of my guest showed up at 6 to surprise the bday boy. 3- Yes of course I cursed at you, what did you expect from a frustrated customer. Yes maybe not everyone curses but Ryan if you are running a company that offers customer service than you are not cut out for this, you will need a stronger back bone to deal with customers.. plus I apologized. 4- Highly intoxicated? I believe you were not there to judge that in person but if so isn't that the point of going to a brewery? So now you're judging your clients? I'm sure they are excited to find that out. 5- Embarrassed of the rowdy group? Once again you were not there, the limo driver did not seem to think we were embarrassing as a matter of fact he kept apologizing for having us to deal with you. They did offer their cell phone number for future services. If we were so embarrassing like you said I'm sure they would not offer future services to an embarrassing group. If customer service is so important to you than check the RSVP website, please update your website because there is no point of going through the RSVP link you provide. Call customers in advanced to make sure everything is set as plan. Although you did tell the limo company you had spoken to me earlier that day on Saturday to confirm details which once again that is a lie. Also add on your website to send you reminders like the one I sent you about what 3 breweries to schedule, man might as well drive our own limo or bus if this is the kind of "customer service" you are providing us with. It is a waste of money. For the amount they charged my group of 30, you would think that they would include a tour. The bus was also an executive bus which looks like a nice school, not a party bus which is half the fun. I cancelled my reservation and was able to book everything myself, and it was cheaper. read more

Great Local find! Me and my buds have taken brewery tours in San Diego and I was ecstatic to find Ryan doing brewery tours here in Orange County. He picked us up from my place in Mission Viejo in a limo that was more than roomie for us bigger dudes. He took us to three breweries all tasting flights were included, we went to the brew in Placentia another in Orange and another in long beach. What a great birthday gift! I surprised by my fiends for my birthday. A limousine rolled up to the my friend's house and picked us up. Apparently this is part of the package. All 6 of us got in and started the tour. I didn't know it was a tour yet. I didn't know much about beer but I now I feel I do. We went to several breweries over a period of several hours. The time was filled with fun and friends and laughter, AND BEER! I don't usually drink, but this experience was great. We toured all around San Clemente at Left Coast Brewery and then Artifex? Brewery too. So many different flavors to taste, and we tasted them all. Most of this was included in the tour, and we wanted even more of the best beers, each to our taste. Because we tasted plenty, we knew just which one was the best for us. This was a really great experience. I'm glad that my friends booked it for us. I wasn't too sure when they first announced it in the limo because I don't drink often, but it turned out to be a really great birthday. And it's easy because we didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying my friends and the experience they planned for me. Booked tour for husbands birthday and I'm so glad I did. Everyone loved it. From the moment the limo pulled up to pick us up to the moment it dropped us off!! We toured in a nice newer limo that had cold drinks for us, driver was super friendly,honest and awesome personality. Aux cord was hooked up and ready for us to play our own playlist, which we had ready to blast. At all of our stops Ervin, our limo driver, got out to let the brewery know we had arrived and let us know what to expect. Every brewery had a table reserved for us which was a big deal since we toured on a busy day. (Friday evening, St. Patrick's day) Second brewery, brewbakers was my favorite! As we arrived they had dough for us to make our own soft pretzels, which they baked and we ate afterwards. They have card and board games available to play as we tasted different beers. We also ordered a pizza to eat. The third brewery was super busy, but they managed to save us a table and we all felt like VIP as everyone's eyes were on is as we arrived to our table. Living in Newport and growing up locally, I was surprised at how many bars/ breweries and wineries I have never even been to or even heard of. We started the adventure having some beers at Cruisers and set off to play some classic arcade games at the fun zone, ending with a ferris wheel ride to take in the views of the bay. The second stop was at Barley Forge Brewery in Costa Mesa where we sampled a flight of their best brews and a quick tour of the brewery and bottling room. Then we set off to Laguna Canyon Winery, and I cannot believe I have never been to this hidden gem. We got to see the process of them pressing grapes (all in house) and learned the steps of making wine as we sampled their most popular whites and reds in their oak barrel lined tasting room. We window shopped on our way to the last stop which was at The Cliff with a full ocean front view just in time to catch a breathtaking sunset. I guess I'm one of the first to hear about Ryan and Brewery Tours of Orange County, my friends and I made up of both guys and girls wanted to go out on a brewery tour and Had only heard of tours in San Diego until I found this company on line. Ryan the owner of the company picked our group up in a black Lincoln limousine ( very nice ) with a good sound system so it made for a great ride. The limousine and craft brews were included in a per person price and we didn't have any time restrictions since Ryan owned the limousine, that was nice because when it came time to pay there were no surprises.
