I was so impressed with my entire experience here with my girlfriends. The Green Nail Bar was so aesthetic, and the employees are all so friendly and welcoming. We were warmly greeted and offered a menu of beautifully curated beverages to choose from along with two books of nail polish options. We were seated shortly after, and the massage chairs were very clean and comfortable. All the massage button options worked perfectly as well. Tuan was my nail tech today and was also our bartender. He's funny and awesome. We all enjoyed our spa pedis, the lovely service, and the appeal of it all. Everything looked brand new, was very clean, and the salon is well maintained. I love the beautiful emerald green velvet seating area to the left when you walk in. The salon and the services offered were thoughtfully designed- a clean appeal with pops of emerald green and simple but catchy wall decor and a beautiful and eye-catching display of nail polishes. I'm so happy I found this spot on Yelp, and I look forward to many more visits ahead. The nail artist kept filing too roughly and too hard that it ended up making my nail bleed for DAYS (it ended up getting infected)! They put some blue liquid to "stop the bleeding" which seemingly didn't work. They didn't even offer a discount or partial refunding despite me telling them it hurt and expressing discontent. They also tried to surcharge me more for less nail art. I asked through yelp for the price of everything which was considerably lower than the final price i paid for. They somehow they tried to make me pay more in guise of "nail art", but how could nail art with less detail and on barely any nails cost more than it was supposed to cost? Not to mention the "nail art" was simple stickers!! read more

I've been coming here more often but I will not be coming back. I've been giving chances after chance but services are so expensive nowadays it's no excuse really. Whenever I come here, there's new people working so I believe their turn over rate is high. I also always get cut when they trim my cuticles. Last time, it was my nails that got cut. This time, 7/16, as soon as my pedicure began she cut my big toe and it bled the ENTIRE TIME. I don't bleed that crazy, it was literally gushing out and she constantly kept putting heavy pressure and putting some random blue liquid on it. It was very painful. I couldn't even relax it hurt so bad. It's 3 days later and my toe is still raw and the skin is broken/hurts. I understand this can happen but with caution and care this wouldn't. It was rushed. My manicure, I asked for white 3x under the chrome and I got a weird coral. At that point I was just done. I left without leaving a tip (I've never done that before) will be checking out other places. read more

Had a great 1st experience at this salon and booked my second appointment. I unfortunately woke up sick and was not able to make it to that appointment. They contacted me via text and I was at urgent care and forgot to let them know. They were understanding and let me know in order to reschedule that I would have to make a deposit. They never responded back to me when I asked for name to Zelle deposit to as it is required by bank in order to send money. I went online and tried to schedule an appointment and they never confirmed it. First time canceling with them and this is how they treat customers. read more

I think I found my new home nail salon. Stumbled upon this place while at UPS next door and thought I'd inquire via Yelp for an appointment. Within 10 minutes, Tuan responded with a same day availability for a Sunday PM. Greeted by a spa like aroma when you walk in & the friendliest, most welcoming staff ever. Check in at the front desk with your phone number for points. The cleanliness of this place is top tier. I love the all white massage chairs & the minimalist interior. Got seated and was offered my choice of beverage (mimosa, champagne, margarita, tea, or sparkling water - all included in the service). I don't get any of the fancy gels / dips but I do pay for a luxury pedicure. So the designs don't really impress me but quality pedi does... and this place did not disappoint. I've tried so many nail salons since I moved in the area and have not found "THE ONE"... until today. Opted for the GREEN pedi - which came with this fancy tray of scrubs, oils, and citrus slices. The pedi was amazing. My nail tech, Rose, was so meticulous and made sure to get under those nails and remove all the dead skin & some in-grown. The leg mask wrapped in a warm towel with the parrafin wax on your feet... very relaxing & therapeutic. The massage that followed was the cherry on top. I really appreciated how relaxing, calm, & quiet this nail spa is. The lo-fi pop music they play is nice. Extremely hospitable staff. I have the best experiences here whether it's a simple nail color change or full manicure (always gel design) or the special pedicure of the month. Daisy is an excellent nail tech who is as good as she is creative. I can bring her any idea and she makes it even better than I wanted. I won't use anyone else. Kathy did my special pedicure today and she was so thoughtful and did great work! Also, Tuan is so sweet and provides amazing customer service including a drink of choice. Ive lived in this area for 16 years and have seen this salon change management a few times, but this is by far the best upgrade they've ever had! I came with my daughter and granddaughter without appointments for pedicures and they were able to take us right away. The staff is exceptionally nice! They offered water, coffee, sparking water, or mimosas before we sat down. The entire place is pristine clean, the waiting area is elegant yet cozy, and They have the largest selection of colors I've ever seen. Im bummed that we forgot to ask the names of the young guy and the woman who did our pedicures but they were both so great! The guy knew all the color trends history which says a lot. read more

For my first visit to this nail salon on 3/18, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I was really happy with the service, but I decided to wait and see how well everything held up before writing a review--and I'm impressed! My gel manicure and pedicure lasted over three weeks, which is amazing. This photo was taken on 4/15, almost a full month later, and they still looked great. Mandy did my pedicure, and another technician did my manicure--both did an incredible job. The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, and the quality of work really stands out. Extremely fast response, Check in was easy, Offer you lemonade or water, and such a beautiful calm environment. I asked for the most natural looking French Tips and Andy recreated it perfectly! Came back here the second time and I must say it is still one of the best nails salon in the O. For context, I'm very picky when it comes to my mani and pedi. So picky that I usually do it myself. New nail place with friendly technicians, lots of free parking and a wall of almost every color and type of polish you could want. They were running a monthly special of 20% all services so I treated my youngest to an eyebrow wax, my oldest to acrylics and myself to gel mani. The eyebrow wax: nice technician but I did have to ask her to pluck out several stray hairs that she missed on both lids as my daughter is too shy to ask. My daughter was happy with the results. I noticed that the scissors and tweezers were stored in s small plastic box and not in the typical individual sterilizer plastic pouch that other salons use. It made me wonder if they sterilize these tools after each client but the owner reassured that they do. Acrylics: incredible artistry and attention to detail by the female co-owner (Daisy ?) with handmade embellishments. It took ~2.5 hours and cost ~$140 for a full set with embellishments. A fair price for all that it entailed for sure . My daughter LOVED her nails Gel mani: the male co-owner did my nails and shaped them to my wishes, gently and effectively clipped my cuticles and polished them perfectly. They offer a variety of free drinks to sip during your service. Clean and beautifully decorated inside. Transparent pricing. I recommend this salon read more

I treated my mom today for her birthday. I chose this place based on Yelp reviews and they definitely lived up to them! The ambiance was so cute and tropical. 1000/10 - highly recommend this nail bar. As soon as we walked in everyone was sooo friendly. They really took the time to understand and listen to what I wanted for my nails. (I had a bad experience previously to this at another salon so I was a little worried). Their equipment was all sterilized and clean. I also observed them cleaning the pedicure bowls in between clients. They were also sooo friendly and kind to my son who was there with me. Daisy always takes the time to understand exactly what I'm asking for and makes sure I'm happy with everything before I leave. I booked a 1:30 PM appointment online for a Tuesday and arrived a few minutes early, there was only one other client there, so they seated me right away. They even offered me a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. They also have a large selection of polishes to choose from, which made it easy to find the perfect shade. My pedicure was excellent. They spent about 45 minutes just on the prep for a basic pedicure, and you can really tell they take their time with attention to detail. The technician was friendly and even capped the free edge on the final top coat, which I appreciated. Pricing is clearly listed online, and paying in cash is a bit better than using a card. The quality of the manicure was extremely poor, the cuticle work was messy and unprofessional, and after the service one of my nails developed a painful green discoloration. Before posting this review, I decided to give the salon the opportunity to make things right. They offered me a full refund and asked me to come back so they could remove the gel. Unfortunately, the second visit was just as disappointing as the first. They simply removed the gel and that was it. They didn't trim my nails, shape them, smooth them, clean up my cuticles, or provide even a basic manicure after the removal. I left with rough, unfinished, damaged-looking nails. What upset me the most was the manager's attitude. When I politely explained why I was disappointed, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, he pointed his finger at me and said, "I already gave you your money back. You only came here to have the gel removed." Then he said, "If you don't like our service, why should I give you a manicure, pedicure, or trim your nails?" I was honestly shocked. I had chosen to resolve the issue privately instead of immediately posting a negative review. I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem, and I expected at least some appreciation and basic customer care. A professional salon would have taken a few extra minutes to clean up my nails after removing the gel, especially after such a poor initial service. Instead, they left my nails looking unfinished and treated me as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Yes, I appreciate receiving a refund. However, a refund does not erase poor workmanship, the condition my nails were left in, or the disrespectful way I was treated. Professionalism is not just about returning money, it's about taking responsibility, treating customers with respect, and standing behind the quality of your work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience I did.

it makes me so so sad to write this review because i was originally a ginormous fan of "the nail…read moreboutique," but after the service i received last week, i feel that i have to say something. last friday i had an appointment to get my prom nails done at 2:30 PM. when i arrived, i waited for over 45 minutes to receive my service. i was never offered water or anything (which honestly isn't a big deal but i just felt it was worth mentioning) but was also never really acknowledged. i almost felt like they forgot about my appointment. when my service finally began, i showed my nail tech my inspiration picture and she was confident and excited to recreate my vision. however, what i left the salon with is far from what i asked for. i left with a flower that is sloppy, none of the petals connect, and that has a big red circle with black lines, which is nothing like what i asked for. beyond that, i felt like my french tips were somewhat rushed and a bit sloppy. i don't expect perfection by any any any means, but i just generally felt neglected as a customer and a bit rushed once my service began. beyond this, by the time monday came, which was 3 days after my initial appointment, one of my nails had fallen off. this was a full acrylic set that i paid over 93 dollars for, and less than 5 days later, they were already falling off of my fingers. again, i feel really bad writing this because i dont want to tarnish their reputation or make them seem like a terrible buisness, but im just really unsatisfied and upset with the service i received, and really frustrated that i spent close to 100 dollars for a service that does not meet my expectations. i know that 100 might not be a lot, but im still a teenager in high school, and i work really hard at my job to make that money, so losing that much of my money is just hard. i just would advise that if you go here, you definetly keep your designs simple, and make sure to go at a time when you know they won't be busy so that your appointment is not rushed.
